Going back to sometime in February, I paid a charge for (Joseph Word) and wasn't told that my card would be stored in their system as a method of future payments. I've tried to get this resolved by calling the location it took place. (Fridley) when I spoke to the manager regarding this matter, she was rude and hung the phone in my face 3x.
I've reached out to the Corp office with no resolution. I'm continually being told it's being elated to the manager of operation/ district manager.
My last attempt was 3/28/23 with still not being able to get an answer or refund.

Desired outcome: Explanation as why I wasn't told this. I feel like I wrongful charged. Apologies should be granted. Corp office sucks, not able to address the complaint when I've been calling 3/15/23.
