Place: Chiang Mai, Thailand
Problem: Unable to access booked property as the host did not respond to any messages or the phone number provided by Expedia/Vrbro. These companies also refused to help when I spent over 4 hours on the phone to them over several days. Expedia rejected all responsibility and in fact said they had no contact email for Vrbro. This is not true as I was eventually contacted by email by Vrbro who just apologised for the 'inconvenience'. My home phone service provider has since blocked my phone number due to high roaming charges as I spent hours on the phone to Vrbro.I should be enjoying hte condo now, but have been forced to book alternative accommodation.

Desired outcome: A full refund to my credit card. The listing should also be removed from their platforms.
