Please Note that a Booking for a Hotel Name: La Casa - Hanoi [Vietnam] done under my Name with a booking ID number: 2474556256.

1. This Booking has not been done my me.
2. Also i have not received any Booking Confirmation from Expedia for this.
3. This booking number is given to me by the Hotel Reservation when i contacted them as direct booking.

Claimed loss: My Credit Details have been Blocked for this Booking.

Desired outcome: Either send me the Booking Confirmation of the Hotel that you have done Or Cancel it so i can do the direct booking.I should not pay double the amount. !!! to expedia & direct also... !!!

This is concerning — a hotel booking in your name that you didn’t make, no confirmation from Expedia, and the hotel gave you the booking number only after you contacted them. That sounds like either a case of mistaken identity, a booking system glitch, or (worst case) someone using your name fraudulently. Here’s what I’d do immediately: 1) Check your Expedia account login history and change your password. 2) Contact Expedia directly (not the hotel) and ask them to pull up booking 2474556256 — they can see the email and card used. 3) If that card isn’t yours, ask Expedia to remove your name from the booking. You’re not responsible for a booking you didn’t authorize. Act fast.
