Itinerary number #72071753583492 — paid for hotel room not used! Tried to cancel online — was told by expedia I had to call them — so cancelling online is not enough — even the hotel told me that expedia would have refund me the amount if they wanted to they said they realized the room was not used!
Checked in date was supposed to be 03-12-21- and checked out date was supposed to be 03-13-21

Desired outcome: my desired outcome is to get my refund!! why would I get charged for something I didn't use!!
