Booked a flight and allocated a seat I wanted. When Getting my boarding pass from Westjet, Westjet had a different seat allocated to me. I always get an isle seat. Call Expedia, and 1.2 hours later, no resolve and absolutely taking No responsibility and placed the blame on Westjet. Reading from script. I call Westjet and they mapped out the known Expedia software problems with not confirming seat selections. So WJ allocates instead. WJ won't help but will SELL me a seat at $98. BS was incredible and I'm left with a middle seat. NO more vacations of ANY kind with this bunch of unethical, ill trained people. Please share.
