Extremely disappointed! We will never stay at this hotel again!
From a safety concern, showers need no-skid treads or a mat, very slippery. Also, shower could use grab bar on the wall, having one on the door that opens when touched does not provide safety.
Need for a guest information booklet to describe how lighting works and other amenities.
Bathroom glass Door is noisy and not easy to close. Need a nightlight in bathroom
House keeping changed out some towels but not all used ones hanging inside shower door. They never replaced coffee pods for coffee machine. I had to go to front desk and they did not have any. They had to have a person deliver it to my room.
TV was not the easiest to use. Remote would not function as expected, went to lobby and asked for a new TV Remote.
Coffee in lobby was minimal, not available in afternoon or evening.
Breakfast should be complementary for the price that clients pay for the room.
Parking Cost of $25 per day (tax included) in an open non-secured lot is ridiculous with the cost of the room that is charged.
No alarm clock in room, wall light on side of bed was terrible including on-off switch.
Small round table and a single chair not helpful for 2 or 3 guest and computer use.
Construction noise was annoying.
From Positive side - hotel staff very friendly and polite. Hotel was clean. Positives do not outweigh the negatives, would not stay there again or recommend it.
