Booked and paid extra for a refundable flight. It was an South American airlines.
Went to refund the next week and was told they would only issue me a credit. But previously I almost got jerked with flight tickets for me and my wife. In America you can take the airlines to small claims court and they don't want to get the airlines involved. If the ticket is issued by Delta. You can take Delta to small claims court even though you went straight to expedia because the issued the ticket. Let expedia explain that to Delta. You'll get money back.
