To be honest the issue is so long that I get a headache just thinking of having to reiterate what's going on. I booked a flight and hotel to Thailand. The airlines made a change to the flight when I called Expedia the previous representative somehow made a mistake and Expedia had to change my departing and return flight period to make a long story short Expedia took me off of a airline that was selected by me and put me on a low budget airline that I've never heard of called All Nippon Airways. I have been constantly on the phone with Expedia since the 28th of September trying to get this resolved and to date I have nothing. I have received several emails from someone within their resolution team but once you respond back to their email as they ask you to no one responds back to you this has been a ongoing issue and my flight is scheduled to leave in the morning and I have yet to resolve the issue. I'm not comfortable with flying overseas on that unknown airlines and at this point I am going to continue to see if I can get someone that will resolve this issue I filed several complaints and yet nothing has been done. Not sure what happened to Expedia's customer service because at one point it used to be really good I have used them several times throughout years for getaways and this is the first time I've encountered this in which I'm encountering. Not to mention the hotel address in which they've provided me with is actually not the address to the hotel that I'm staying so they have the wrong hotel address expedia is coming across as real bootleg.
Recommendation: My recommendation is to probably not use Expedia for these type of bookings and hotels
