Kindly seeking assistance regarding my subscription to ramadan promo 100 aed. I only subscribed once and paid using my online banking but when I checked my etisalat account, I was charged twice and it was added with my bill for the month of march. I did not make that purchase for the second one. May I know what will be the dispute regarding this matter.

Desired outcome: I would like to cancel the second subscription in my account which I didn’t purchased
