Hello, I stopped to fill up my car at above location. After inserting my card and picking up the filing nozzle I chosen the regular gas and noticed that the dial displayed 0.40 Liters and 0.20 $ Price I found that unusual because in all my years I never noticed anything but 000 on display before you start pumping. I never thought anything of it, so I started filling up my car. When I was done, I said to my wife I'll go inside the station to tell them that the dial is not a 100% As polite as I could be I explained the situation to two attendants behind the counter. I made sure to tell them that I am not looking for any price adjustment or money back, I just wanted to bring it to their attention that the dial display is not a 100%. Well, right away they started giving me the song and dance, telling me that it is not unusual for the dial to show something other than -000-. I said to them, I am not looking for anything from you don't need any bill or price correction I am just being nice and telling you that price/liters dial display is not working correctly so look into it. And I said, I am 79 years old and in my whole driving and filling up my cars with gasoline years of experience I have never seen dial display anything but -000- before you start pumping. I wanted to say, keep your explanation, ''it is normal and not unusual for the dial to sometimes shows numbers other than -000- at the startup" for a five year old, maybe they will buy that story, but I didn't make that comment I just walked out and said, Thank you and keep up the good work Esso.
