EOS Fitness review: Unauthorized charges

I was attending EOS Fitness until I was given a doctor's order to stop due to my cardiac health issues. Once I provided my personal trainer with this information, EOS continued to charge me for personal training I never received. I brought this to the attention of staff (once I realized I'd been charged for all the months I had not attended), only to be told that we would be reimbursed - I am still waiting. This ordeal began in March, 2023, and I still cannot get the staff to give me the name/contact information of their supervisor who I was told would take care of the situation. I even provided the doctor's note in August, 2023, that stated as of February, 2023, I should not be doing any physical activity. I am already on disability, and have been for over 10 years, and the gym simply refuses to acknowledge my health condition and the unauthorized charges. I've already contacted the ADA and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. My account at EOS shows I have not attended since March, 2023, and should not have been charged after the 30-day freeze was put on my account because I provided a doctor's note. Even after providing the doctor's note, my account was still charged, and I met with staff face-to-face who said that this would not be a problem to get reimbursed, as I provided the doctor's note. This is ridiculous, and I feel I am being discriminated against as I have a disability that is preventing me from being at the gym.
