I rented a compact vehicle for 1 day (12/7/2015 - 12/8/2015) at Enterprise (Location : 6756 Perimeter Loop Dr, Dublin, OH 43017). While renting the vehicle I was a bit busy and dint look at the car that clear.It was a small size Kia Car.The person who looked at the Car noted some scratches at first. While Returning the Car, The person who handed me the vehicle was not present at the location.There was this guy "KYLE TRENNER" who took a look at the car and with out saying a word to me charged "1000$" on my credit card. I WAS SHOCKED. I dint expect this.I was 100% sure that there were no damages made by me.There were few scratches on the car as noted.He was so ARROGANT that he dint even reply to me.After half n hr, he came back to me saying I have already charged 1000$ on your account(due to damage on the car).If you need to talk something talk to damage recovery guys. FIRST RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS. I am very upset with the guy who behaved with me like this.I was so pissed off that I though of consulting a Lawyer or file a consumer case.I trusted Enterprise but this guy RUINED my trust. I am uploading car pic which he claimed me as damage and charged 1000$ and also his visiting card.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
