Embassy Suites review: Luggage storage; em hospital

I had stored my luggage after a business assoc asked to share rooms , during our stay my hand got worst after oeration effect and had to stay at hospital. I returned to retrieve my luggage w my tags & manager said you had no luggage here...I described it and he went back and said no not here...I said here are tags , he"not here" but if you want come back am housekeeping in charge of lost & found. I returned3 days later. A employee took tags went back to get luggage he said leave me the tags...No your luggage is not here. Then i called the police/ he called the police was laughing said come back when he is not here than you ll get your luggage. (before the cops came i told him sir who remembers their room number 3 weekd later, nobody, who puts on an extra person on their room unless they are paying, they want confidenciality.That is what hotels are about.) please call los angeles embassy suites at emperial south lax airport hotel and have them release my luggage 3 pieces back to me...I'll try than to stop in on sunday to get them.
