I just purchased an overseas ticket with Top business and my agent (***)was patient pleasant and worked hard to make the dates work for me He also put in a great deal of effort to meet the budget I had to purchase the ticket So far and based on yesterdays experience I will be using them regularly and I will be recommending them to family and friends

Horrible experience. I booked two itineraries and paid for only to have them disappear or modified arbitrarily by the agent thus booking my wife and I for completely different flights, days and itineraries. Its been a week! I asked for a refund and they direct me to their cancelation policy as if it was my doing! They screwed up! Will never use them again!

I was blown away by how easy and effortless it was to get a great deal on my flight. I had previously had a premium economy quote from a large well known company and surprise surprise top business class came back cheaper than my premium Economy quote. the experience was nothing short of extremely professional.*** was available at all times, and i mean all times since i am in *** and the time difference is significant however when he should have been asleep he was calling me to make sure everything was in order. This is the first time i have used the service and as yet have not flown however so far the experience has been excellent

It was successful on the second booking. My first booking experience was so much stressful. I went through the online booking completely but I never received any confirmation. I tried calling, texting my agent for over a week, but with no avail. But, finally, I got hold of him only to find out that my chosen dates are not available anymore. Im glad Im a retiree and flexible with the dates that are available.

I was trying to check into my Turkish flight just to find out that the airline had cancelled a flight that day . I contacted my agent and they were able to switch it to a Lufthansa flight. Im glad I worked with topbusinessclass when buying my ticket because if buying direct switching from one airline to another would be a huge headache! I don't always review my merchant but the rep who attended to me, ***, is unbelievably patient and thorough that even if I'm not fully decided to go and was just canvassing the price, because of his commitment and dedication and being prompt on answering my questions and giving me flight choices, I was compelled to decide to purchase the ticket. I write this as a first-time user of ***. So far, my experience has been beyond very good through ***'s exemplary attention to detail and extremely quick response to any and all questions and concerns! We are booked well in advance with awesome pricing and a reasonable itinerary for a long-haul adventure. Myself and travel companions are extremely happy with our recent dealings with Top Business Class. Booking Business Class tickets with a company in *** when you live in *** can be a concern. Our travel agent *** was so good to deal with, he dealt with our nervousness, with multiple emails, a plethora of phone calls from me, he always made us feel calm. We received our flight confirmation yesterday, will clear instructions of how to book our seats etc. I followed up with Etihad when we booked our seats, everything went through perfectly. I hope our trip next year goes as smoothly as booking our Business Class tickets through *** and the team at Top Business Class. I had a really good experience with top business class. Fast, Efficient, Highly Effective and a great price. I had confirmations within minutes of speaking with *** and submitting my passenger details online. I will admit, i was hesitant at first, but once i realized I only need to speak to an agent so we can figure out my ideal trip details, and everything else is done online, it alleviated my concerns. This is the steps I took, I submitted a request online through an ad that I saw, i received a call from *** a couple minutes later. We spoke about my trip and the details(going to Rome for my honeymoon), and then about 15 minutes later, i had a quote in my inbox. I verified it was the correct price and the correct dates and about an hour later I had my confirmation numbers. I really appreciate the fact that I received my confirmation information before my credit card was charged...

3/8: Paid $2682 to Top Business *** for Business tickets of *** Airlines from *** to DEL Called *** Airline to confirm the tickets, they said Agency has booked only the economy ticket and not business ticket.4/2: Due to COVID situation in DEL, informed travel agency to refund my tickets.4/21: Instead of refunding entire amount, they only refunded $1000 May 1st week: *** banned flights and *** refunded the tickets but Top business class did not refund rest of money.9/27: Reaching out to *** again, but they are either not responsive or direct to another person.There are online so many bad reviews about this company that people were embarrased at Airport because the tickets issued by them have issues.I have lost my mental peace dealing with these folks, and I do not trust them anymore, and would like to get refund of my remaining money.

I filed a complaint against this company previously to get them "to finish the job" and rebook my airplane tickets. Initially I purchased tickets, but had to cancel due to COVID. Trying to get representatives to respond to my emails and calls were difficult until I contacted Complaintsboard.com and my credit card company. I thought all was resolved when I rebooked my airfare only to subsequently learn that my tickets were suspended because they were booked with mileage points. The booking was a violation of the airline's policy. While I am certain my representative knew this, I was only told the tickets were in audit and I would have to wait 3-4 months. He said there was nothing else he could do.I confirmed with the airlines that I no longer have tickets, and I want no further interaction with the company because I do not trust them. My ordeal has been a headache and I just want my money back so that I can work with a reputable organization to book my travel. Please help!

I wanted to buy tickets to ***, so I contacted a company called, Top Business Class.I spoke to someone named Vinna, on 07/21, I purchased tickets for $6,573.96. She did not mention that the tickets were no good, she was aware that I wouldnt be able to get into *** at this time, I would never have purchased them had she warned me of the possibility that I may not be able to use them at all! The next day I happened to talk to friends of mine who were planning to go to *** and they told me that they were not able to make a trip they had planned. I immediately called (07/22) Top Business Class and spoke to a manager named *** and told him that I wanted to cancel my tickets immediately, he said he would work on it and get back to me.On 07/24 I called and spoke to *** four different times about cancelling my tickets, I also spoke to Vinna that same day.I called again on 07/25, then I called *** after that, he said no refund, because they would lose money!

We booked a trip to *** and *** with Top Business Class, Business seats and a perfect itinerary. Max (never provided last name) said he would take 1/2 deposit and wait a few months and take other half. We paid $13,400.00 for this trip. Once he had our credit card number, we were doomed.Flights and calls for 2-3 more days changing all to layovers and economy- except for *** to *** and Back with United. 3 different airlines were used. What I signed for and what he booked are entirely 2 different itineraries. After hours and days of calls to all airlines, trying to get ticket #'s etc (never provided) I find that United returned the airfare to and from *** and *** on September 22 to his account ending in *** (have transcript from United chat) The country and boarders are shut down and our cruise company and tour companies returned all our money to CitiBank. He has not disclosed this refund to Citibank. Cannot upload -documents pls advise where to email.

I booked business class seats for my parents (-***-) on BA via this company. They have continually made promises that they later deny having ever said. It started with, if we booked with them they could allocate seats at no charge, but after a long series of emails that never happened and they wanted money to do that, after we had gone with them.Response times in correspondence were atrocious. In some cases waiting over a month, which was also documented in email.My parent's flights got canceled due to COVID, so we rebooked. Those flights too got canceled and again we rebooked. It happened a third time. This time we didn't rebook. We decided to wait to see what happened with COVID. Our broker told us that as the airline canceled on us three times, our fares were locked in. There would be no charge now to book any other flight, even if they went up considerably. Knowing we had no urgency to rebook, we waited a couple of months. I received an email today asking for more money, saying the prices had changed. Although they are a consolidator and offer rates 40-70% less than the airlines, they are now quoting full airline prices for us to pay. I contested that, reminding them of our conversation, and once again I am being told he would never tell me that. Which is a lie. I have had issues with this salesman before and have contacted his supervisor about his fruitless promises. Now we are left with a situation where we have to get our money back and as it is closer to the airline departure date, prices have gone up. Also suspicious. During correspondence with this company, they never include an email signature - no contact info or anything. I want them to honor their promise. To deliver what they told us.

Agent name is *** for travel from DFW to ***(***).Due to covid our return flights *** / AMD4:25 *** 00mDubai / DXB5:55 AMUnited Arab ***May 20, Thu ***EK539BusinessBoeing 777-300ERwere cancelled by the *** airline. Therefore I contacted *** at TOPBUSINESSCLASS and here are the details of what I went through My complaints are as follows 1.We asked Mr *** what should we do about the return flights ticket. 2.Mr. told us that we had two options . One was to cancel the ticket and get refund OR keep the ticket open and use it at a later date.3.We asked him If we Keep the ticket open, how long can we keep it open4.His response was Ticket validity is one year.We booked your flights on March 30th. That means the ticket will stay open and must be used by 3/30/2022.5.I told him on May 12 We would like the tickets remain open . Hope they will resume the flights by then A 6.His response was As discussed over the phone, your *** Airlines return ticket from *** to ***, *** (for May 20) is left open.will be able to use that until March 30th, 2022.7.I checked with *** airline to re-book our open tickets and the status of our tickets, the airline informed that the tickets were cancelled and the money has been collected by the agent Mr.. !8.To our surprise he had cancelled the tickets without our verbal or written consent and collected the refund from the airline!9.Now he is not re-booking us . He is asking for more money.At this point I am requesting that the TOPBUSINESSCLASS agency respectfully RE-BOOK us inn the first week of March without charging us any extra money since it was not any of our faults in this mess.
