I am writing to formally complain about an unauthorized annual Prime subscription on my account. I did not consent to any annual Prime subscription and request a full refund for the last five months, along with confirmation that no further charges will be made.
I was charged monthly without my knowledge, and my account was then converted into an annual plan without explicit approval. Although I have canceled the service, the subscription system still expects to charge me monthly fees for the annual plan.
Your company does not provide proper support:

The provided phone number ([protected]/ +[protected]) is advertised as “free,” but calling it incurs charges from my phone company. As a customer, I cannot afford additional phone fees to resolve this issue.
I have sent emails to all available eDreams support addresses requesting a refund, but I have not received a satisfactory response.
I was charged SGD 13.99 per month from 31/08/2025 until 30/12/2025. I do not wish to pay any further fees, which are indicated as continuing until 31/08/2026.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to dispute the charges with my bank.
I have noticed numerous complaints regarding your company’s subscription practices, and I expect this matter to be resolved without the need for further action.
