I disabled my prime auto renewal 3 months in advance and still they deducted money from my CC. Their argument is after cancelling auto renewal I booked ticket and it enabled auto renewal. However, this condition was not mentioned anywhere and I wasn't emailed stating auto renewal will take place if I book my ticket. I have been following up since one month. Few of the customer rep told me refund has been initiated and few of them told me you are not entitled for it. I am totally frustrated with their service.
