I was charged $99.99 on 4 Nov 2024 after being told by phone that my free trial would be cancelled. Despite many calls and emails since, I’ve had no refund or help. I can’t access my account and keep getting redirected and it is now July. I want a full refund and confirmation the account is cancelled.
