I settled my account as per the outstanding balance on the statement, now thry send me an sms saying I owe R110. I have sent an email to query, I kkep on getting a response they tried calling me, I don't want any calls I need a response on the email as to why I'm being charged. They gave previously sent me a statement on the exact email I'm currently using and they say they cannot provide me with a statement because of the email address I'm using is apparently different from their records. Yet I received communication from them on the same email previously.
Desired outcome: I want this to be rectified and my account closed ASAP!
