eBay Selling on eBay

I had a problem - ebay sided with a buyer who decided to return my product that was custom- made for her. She just said " not as described, " even though I gave no description on ebay! Not only they refund buyer in full, they also took full commission from me, return postage and paypal fees; in their email they explained, and I quote below, it summarizes eBay's decision to always refund buyer at seller's expense, no matter what, so I'm closing my account after almost 20 years selling on ebay:
"We found that when buyers had bad experiences with sellers or eBay, they were likely to leave eBay and they usually decreased their shopping on eBay.
Your understanding is highly appreciated!
I trust I was able to address your concern since you are charged for the transaction even when the buyer has been refunded." — at eBay Marketing.

eBay Never Responding to my order!!!!

eBay Iomic golf grips.

I purchased iomic grips last year and just used them. They are not real iomic grips. I should have know the price was to good to be true. I now have real iomic grips and the difference is obvious. These are sold by many vendors on ebay and they show shipping from china. Originals are not made in china. If the cost is less than $12 a grip they are fake. Many on you site are $3-$5. They are counterfeits. I can't believe iomic has not complained since their are so many vendors selling the fakes on ebay. Since fakes on your site are so common there are videos on line made so you can tell the difference

Desired outcome: Take them off the site or have them be listed as imitation.

eBay Unauthorized bank account withdrawal

EBay recently migrated their payments away from Paypal to in-house. When this happened, my default payment method was changed from my credit card to my checking account without my knowledge or consent.

On June 30, 2021, Ebay withdrew $0.38 from this account for a seller refund, without my knowledge or consent for which I incurred a $45 NSF fee from my bank.

On July 8, eBay made a $0.06 and a $0.04 verification deposit to my savings account. Ebay withdrew both of these micro deposits on July 12, without my knowledge or consent for which I incurred two more NSF fees from my bank.

My request for these NSF fees to be reversed by my bank was denied.

Ebay is fully responsible due to their negligence in not informing me of any of these three unauthorized bank account withdrawals.

Desired outcome: I'm demanding that Ebay reimburse me for the $135 in losses I incurred as a result of their negligence.

Tell your bank transactions were not authorized by you, this may help to reverse NSF charges. I left eBay due to their practices towards sellers and would encourage you to do the same

eBay permanently suspended

just posted 10 items to sell 5 days ago and got this email today.
No way to call ebay any more and also cannot get live chat to find out what the problem is to renstate my account. No prior contact from ebay that there is any problem.

Your eBay account has been permanently suspended because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community.

eBay Arlo pro, pro2, light camera batteries

These batteries are being sold on eBay as fitting Arlo Pro and Arlo Pro2 cameras. They do not. They are too tall and too wide. There is no customer service number to call on eBay anymore. Your online menu does not fit this situation. I spoke to Arlo and was told you cannot use LIGHT camera batteries with Pro and Pro2 cameras. Arlo also said eBay was not an authorized seller.
I called PayPal with my problem. The seller told me they fit the batteries in the camera. LIE! Cannot be done. I checked U. S seller. Said New Jersey. But when I checked after the order the seller is in China. How does eBay let this disceptive practice occur? I will no longer be using eBay!

eBay unable to get ahold of seller

seller sold a product and delivered wrong product orders from sportwing window vent visor for a 2021 kia sorneto box arrived on the inside from avs it was marked for a [protected] kia sorento which will not fit 2021 sorento totally change just asking for return label and a credit. this was from order # [protected] item id #[protected]

eBay Online Account

I listed an item for sale on eBay. I received an offer from a scammer on eBay I accepted the offer and awaited payment from the buyer. I got a notice from eBay to send the buyer an invoice. In fact, the buyer or eBay sent 6 of these requests within an hour. I responded to ebays request and sent the invoices. The buyer then texted me asking me to include a 200 dollar gift card. At this point, I knew this was an attempted scam so I called eBay and reported this violation. Within an hour I got an email from eBay telling me my account was suspended indefinitely. The scammer wins and I will no longer do any business with eBay

eBay de_bester

May 13, 2021 order placed for Heimvision HM132 baby monitor for $42.99
May 20 delivered
June 6 contacted seller as product failed, very poor image quality. Had already done troubleshooting, reset, per manufacturer.
June 7-17 Cora from de_bester had me watch video to do troubleshooting that I communicated I had already done. Promised "If it is something we can't fix, we will be responsible, do not worry."
I sent them a video of the issue as requested, was again instructed to reset camera and move closer to router, which I had told them I had done.
June 28 Lisa offered $25 refund and it was suggested I have it repaired locally, which would cost more than the purchase price.
I responded that it is not practical to repair.
July 1 Lisa offered 80% refund.
Responded that I paid $42.99
July 5 Lisa suggests defective firmware and again offers 80% refund with no return.
I responded that I paid $42.99
July 6 Richal stated that the order was placed on May 14 and they only offer free replacement or refund for 30 days. (Although item was delivered May 20, and I first contacted them June 6.) Was offered $20 compensation.
I responded that I first reported the issue to them well within that timeframe.
Again the response was, $20 is all they can do.

Desired outcome: Full refund. Can sent product if they want it, but will need address.

I received this item but it is not what I ordered, i ordered a wireless one to work with my iPhone, this is a usb model which is not compatible with iphones or IOS it is no good to me at all, I contacted the seller WORLDTECHON and asked for a refund or replacement, kept offering a partial refund, then promise to send another out, nothing arrived got Ebay involved but to late to get automatic refund now WORLDTECHON are ingoring me and have not even responded to my refund request, and if I messages then now its either an out of office reply or an automatic reply, can't even give then a bad feedback as time has run out, they have just played a waiting game with me, so now i can't do anything, I have all the messages sent between us on my Ebay account, I would like thus seller to be investigated

eBay the checks upon my payment details

For the past two weeks my account has been held in abeyance by eBay handlers who refuse to take note that all of the payment details are updated and the same name as is on the account is also on the payment details etc etc...
but still I am threatened that I have not done so and that if i do not do so by July 27th they will restrict the account even further than not allowing me to have payments back to my bank account and to restrict my sales. there being none for the past week.
I have held the account for twenty odd years since you first started and hold an above standard record with you . Why are your staff so hostile? I would like to see of I can take you to court to claim compensation for my lost sales of my rooted cuttings.

I have phoned to try to resolve but the warning does not disappear and everything restriction put upon me for no good reason remains.

Desired outcome: Stop intermittently checking and rechecking but then ignoring the status.

eBay I purchased on Ebay never Received item

I have been buying doing Business threw Ebay for years and always was treated fair but I had a seller that I purchased an item from I ordered 3 of this item different colors one of the items which was a Blue orange and pink the blue I didn't receive I asked for a refund getting the run around contacted Ebay they refused to refund my money I ended up without the item and losing the money I sent proof of the two out of the three I ordered in a photo that I received so now I don't trust them as I did and probably will do less business through them now wonder how many other good dedicated buyers they pull this with as my photo shows I received the pink and the orange but didn't get the blue this is the exact photo I sent

eBay Seller communication

I ordered a tiffany chandelier. Product was perfect. However, the cord and chain were missing. I spent an hour on Ebay trying to contact the seller. Every site I was sent to was a dead end. Even when I put the seller's name in it came back "no result". When I put the order number in, same result. An hour of my life. Why am I wasting my time on a simple issue. This should have been easily resolved.

eBay Simpson Pressure washer

I ordered a pressure washer and the SELLER has defaulted on the shipping.(see our email conversation thread) I actually offered 60% more ($30 added to the contracted $21 flat rate) in order to get my item." proud2badaddy83 " has been difficult in getting a response, even when his "meet in the middle" upcharge proposal has been met! This is the 4th incident where SELLERS have defaulted on Simpson Pressure washers? Whats up with that? If you will review the last email I received from the seller he call me a "b-hole"! After 47 years as a company owner, it was our policy to honor our commitments, as promised, no matter what the cost /loss to us...I made an effort to ADD $ for the shipping as requested by the seller, but apparently we are now into name calling by the seller? These sellers that cant deliver are making a fool of Ebay as well as its long term loyal customers!

I have had a number of problems in relation to my eBay account.
• I cannot list anything for sale
• Even though my site has been changed to the UK it keeps coming up as the US.
The customer service team:
• cannot see my site to solve the problem
• They cannot see my listings to solve the problem.
• The invoice for my shop is saying from 1-June to 27th June when only activated it around 25th - 27th June 2021
• They have told me that there is a technical problem with eBay.

I am asking that someone calls me to resolve the problem and the remote agents do not have the technical skills or capacity to assist. I also ask that you do not bill me from the 1st June when I opened my shop at the end of the month. I also ask that you do not bill me at all as at present I cannot use your service and no one knows how to resolve the problem.

So far I have emailed customer services, I have been on CHAT for about four hours this week The people in the Phillippines so far have not been supportive and do not appear to have the information or training to deal with complex issues. Unlike the US the UK do not have access to telephone support throughout the day perhaps 1 hr a day if we are fortunate. i have uploaded a picture of the feedback I get whenever i try to list a product

eBay ebay purchase of cell phone charger

eBay's return process is poor. I am a buyer trying to return something that was described incorrectly and there is no place to buy or print a return shipping label. For the seller, they want the seller to go to a third party site like UPS or FedEx or USPS and print a label and email it to me. eBay also suggested we work with PayPal to get a shipping label. Since when can eBay not sell shipping? I am a buyer willing to pay for shipping to return an item and I want it simple. This process is so low tech and inconvenient. There should be a button that allows either buyer or seller to buy a label at eBay discounted shipping rates. This company is run so poorly. They do not listen, and they take processes that worked great years ago and make them worse. I will likely never buy anything on eBay again.

eBay pto clutch for 1977 john deere lawn tractor no confirmation on order placed june 24 2021

Verified order on 6/24. No updates since. I received text that says item is no longer available after I ordered it. I have checked my emails several times a day with no luck tracking the order. I need to know if the item has been shipped or is no longer available so I can order another or at least know if the item is on its way. Please let me know the status of the order. eBay ebay item # [protected] not honoring warranty

I bought a rebuilt car transmission off of Ebay on Feb 25, 2021 with a 1 Year warranty unlimited miles with no written exceptions to this warranty posted on the sellers a Ebay ad. It cost $1900 from a pro rebuilder. 2 days before I bought this tranny I ask the seller for more info about this warranty. They stated it came with a "premature failure" warranty with no stated time limit. So when you 1ST install it, and it fails, they will pay for return shipping to there shop for repairs. I have this in writing. Ebay knows this. I put it in the car and it failed in 4.7 miles. LEAKS TRANNY OIL. So I contacted the seller. The seller gave me some lies. Then about a week later. Said they would fix it BUT I will have to pay return shipping. About $300. Since I took about 120 days to install the tranny premature failure warranty does not count for me. It ran out in 90 days. I told the seller that they cannot add exceptions to there warranty after they sold me the tranny. Ebay has NO customer service now after 90 days. No help for nothing. So after 90 days the seller can commit fraud and Ebay will still keep there fees off of you. I am contesting it on my credit card. Ebay has made it that you cannot leave feed back for there deceptive seller after 90 days too. So you cannot warn others. But Ebay keeps all the fees off of fraud. Ebay controls all the seller's address and phone number info to control there market place so I do not have that info. But now Ebay does not help you at all, they just ignore you. I believe that Ebay's new policies are aiding and abetting fraud. And none of there new automated help systems real works for anyone but Ebay. I have 100% documentation and so does Ebay. I want Ebay to force the seller to honor the warranty they sold me to sell the tranny or a 100% refund.
