DPD review: Lack of delivery as promised.

Had a text message stating that my parcel would be delivered between 1739 and 1839 on 24th Sept '25. The time came and went and at 1845 had a message saying 'sorry that we missed you and that the driver Marius Ionut won't be back today and will return on the 25th (not stating a time). I was in throughout this time and no DPD vehicle even passed my house. Trying to get in contact with DPD proved impossible, sending me round in circles. Their Chat Bot was useless too. I paid for a service and I expect a service, not a 'no show'. This is disgusting service. This means I have to take a day off work tomorrow to wait for another attempt which I don't have much faith in.
