DPD review: Useless

The driver says missed delivery because no one was in to sign.This is a blatant lie I was in all day.He never even come to my address,instead he took a photo of the back of the flats where I live which is actually on another street not even my address,yes never even drove into my home address just parks up in the street behind and takes a photo of the rear to which there is no entrance to the public,This is the second time in a few months that exactly the same thing as happened and also to my neighbour.Why do they lie that no one was in when they dont even come to the correct address.
