DPD review: Refusal to deliver monitor

I ordered a Monitor screen and Keyboard from Computacenter which was first attempted to be delivered on Friday 27th April. The parcel number I was provided was 15502744505256 and this was made up of 3 parcels. I was told I could not take receipt of any without a code which was being sent to a phone number that ceased to exist 10 years ago!

The second parcel number provided was 15502744505485 and was allowed to receive the second parcel which was a wireless keyboard however told again for the 4th time that I cannot receive the monitor because I did not have a code that again was being to the incorrect phone number nobody had provided to DPD and I have no way of changing. I then call DPD Birmingham for the second time after being told on Tuesday it was all sorted, to today (1.4.26) being told that all parcels have been delivered and the man kept repeating tjhat even though I was explaining that the DPD driver had just been to my door and would not give me the monitor because I did not have a code which I cannot get cause there is no way to provide you with the correct phone number even though the sender 'Computacentre' are assuring me they are sending you the correct number. So firstly, I want my monitor to be allowed to be delivered to me but secondly I want an explanation in full as to why this has caused so much issues and stress and anxiety to myself over the last week!
