I've been playing Doubledown for a long time and now all of my chips, and status is gone. I've been putting a lot of money into your game and I don't know why now it has disappeared. I recently had purchased over 100 million chips and had close to 200 million chips. My status was Ruby and today, 7/24/18, when I went online to play, it had me as it I just started playing. Everything disappeared. Can you please fix this and give me back my chips and status. Thank you

Do not play Double Down Casino unless you have lots of money to loose.

Double Down Casino is a horrible site. You are money grubbing, pathetic. You should be ashamed.

I'll tell you why. Double Down Casino is a money grubbing, sucky casino. Horrible and should be ashamed. Gives you a "Bonus" of 5 million chips which are gone within 5 minutes playing small bets. This is terrible.
