This is to the owners of Double Down. I am a loyal customer but after this I will no longer buy your chips and after I use what I have I will remove you from my games list. I bought chips today and not an hour later you had them for 4X. If I had known you were going to do that I would have waited. This really has upset me. Also I have been stuck on level 18 for forever, though I buy often and play everyday. the last thing is your games are so tight it is almost impossible to win anything or even get the bonus, no matter how much you pay or play. I am done with you double down.

The slots are faulty. I was playing 300k a go on Caribbean Kitty and the coins that came in on a BONUS round were all blue and popping up 10k-30k coins! I got 95k on a 300k a go slot bonus. Then i got a SCATTER win of 10 free spins and that paid NOTHING! I am spinning 10-17 times before i get a win and that is always way lower than my bet i was getting 4k-28k back..At 300k a go. Can you imagine after 17 spins at 300k a go getting oon the 18th spin 4k!. I went from 32million to zero in a few minutes and i think i had about 11 wins which totaled 450k..Jeez

I been a valid customer for many years with doubledown casino and I am not very satisfied with this site for the last couple of months I have sent many messages and no one has bothered to contact me and even try to apologize or anything I have purchased so may chips and then when I started playing either the game freezing or your site shuts down on me I thought it was my computer but it cant be I took it in for maintance and there is no problem. I play many other games and other slot games and never with a problem. Can you please tell me what is the problem and how you can fix the problem it really sucks to have this happen all the time when you spend lots of money to see this happen. Please I don't want to hear it is not your fault and it is always something on are end.

Please respond back and fix the problem or I will have to purchase and play elsewhere where there is no problem

My chips from Red Club for the dates of April 4th, 5th and today April 6th have not been added to my chip total.
Please let me know if there is something for me to try on my end.
I have been playing DDC for about 10 or more years.

Game hunters club is allowing someone to attach to the free chips links and putting virsus in computers.in some cases even porn has come up when grand-children are in the room. It appears game hunters club is receiving monies for each add clicked on. This has been reported to several agencies in washington dc whicn will look into the matter next week.

Neil, thank you for the reply.

As I watched the game, there is a win and that is followed by a banner that says something like ‘big win' and counts the chips. when it goes into that banner and counting once it reaches the win total the chips registered.

In the cases where it did not award the chips, that banner with the ‘big win' message and counting of the chips doesn't happen. the game pauses and I don't know the technical terms and then then ‘skips' the counting step going instead back to the point where it is waiting for a wager.

Again, I would not be so persistent if I didn't play often. I have had skips like that happen in other games — where the winnings don't register, but not as frequently as this.

The wins are showing after the round or bonus spin however the screen that shows the ‘big win' does not on these non-pays.

I'm sorry for any frustration on the slots today. our quality assurance team is testing constantly to ensure our game is in working order, delivering payouts as expected and collecting only the intended wager on each spin.
We have determined that a likely cause for this confusion is the occasional delay in the game's display of the current chip balance. there are times when the game graphics fall behind, and you could suddenly see your chips balance go higher or lower than the most recent action would have caused, because the display just caught up to the action. it's still the correct addition or deduction of chips for the most recent sequence of events, but since it happens all at once, it looks wrong.

Twice today, 11/23/18, I was playing caribbean kitty and was not pay the chips for a game round. the first was earlier today - around 7:40 a.m. (eastern). I won 212 m chips and there was no payment. at 1:30 p.m. (eastern), I won 650 m chips and again there was no payment.

If anyone is still paying real money-Don't! The games are not random, payouts are low and bonuses when you get them pay out so little that it's not worth it. As for the free spins-every day i have a chance of winning 9 million in total from 5 friends and the main DDC spin, but every day for almost 2 months it's around 300k and the DDC gift spin has stopped on 75k every day for the two months...Should tell you why it's not worth spending real money.
