This game gives you almost zero in wins. Yesterday it ate my balance of $15;000, 000 in under an hour and left me with a win every 100 spins and as little as possible. I bet anywhere from 3600 to 200, 000. This problem exists over and over with few wins. The same happens with the bonus, you never win. The game is fun to play but when there are no wins, it becomes no fun. Either fix the problem or get rid of it.

I have contacted the help desk but to no avail their solution was that I chase down iTunes or Apple to get my money back from being overcharged I bought chips for 19.99 and got charged 31.63 someone was trying to make money at my expense I want my money back and or the chips equivilant to the amount I paid stop cheating us player enough of this you wil get into serious trouble mark my words you will be caught when I contact further up

DD has set the odds of winning and subsequent payouts to a bare minimum. This is not a real casino so the odds should be adjusted and (monitored) to ensure 'paying' customers can actually play the games they paid for and not be taken in minutes. I have spent millions of credits and hit bonuses (on multiple occasions) only to win a 'small' fraction of what was bet/spent AND $0 in some cases (refer to uploads).
I think it should be remembered that a bet of 100, 000 that returns a payout
of 25, 000 is NOT a win but a loss of 75, 000 credits/chips. That should never count as a 'win'. A actual 'win' is a payout that is more than the placed bet.

DD also makes a habit of offering a chip package, taking your payment then instantly offering you a better package than the one you just purchased, then sets a time limit so you feel pressured to purchase now.
I'm sorry but in my opinion, that is predatory.
Good coin packages are welcomed however not under the fraudulent pretense it is presented. That being 'you will not win, ever'.

Comments have sent requesting partial refund or additional credits. A preset 'company' response is always sent pushing the issue back on the customer as bad luck or to stop playing and try at a different time.

All 'social' casinos should be permitted to operate however Fed/State/Local regulations should be applied or they will continue this behavior, forever..

This game has become a money pit and a total ripoff! I am a long time player but this year I have spent a lot of money on chips with very little pay back. Im very disappointed in this game. I am no longer willing to sink any money into this scam! I will use up my boosters then quit playing all together. I can gp to a real casino and loose money or maybe win occasionally.

On the 10th of Oct (I think that was the date) I had 300 million chips missing from my balance of my chips. I have contacted DDC twice now and still have nor received them back. Got the exact amount of chips on gift wheel as I did the previous 4 days

Every time I was in the middle of a win my connection was dropped - not by me but by their server - so I lost the chips

I haven't been getting free chips in E-Mail Box. Also when we get free spins in E-Mail most of the time it will do one or two spins then it gets stuck. Can't refresh page because it says your have done already.

Hello, first off this is my favorite game site. The thing is everything is going very slow and when I finally get to a game, it just won't load and will lose connection after 10 or15 minutes. I have cleared my browser as recomended, I have defraged, and cleaned. All else on my PC is working fine. Could you see if it's something on your end. I haven't been able to play in a week or more.
