Domino's Pizza Pizza delivery

I order 2pizzas and an order of specialty chicken barbecue bacon yesterday. My food was cold and burnt. I did a complaint last night and received one free pizza. I call to talk to a manager last night about my issue and he gave me a free order of chicken for today. I order the same food today and had the same issues. I spent 33.00 last night to no satisfaction and given halves of what I order. I am not please tonight sent the free pizza back and gave my grandkids the bites which was cold.

Desired outcome: I would like to received my whole order fresh and hot.

Domino's Pizza National advertising campaign

Your finished products are descent as I purchase them locally, quite often, here in rural VA.
The problem is your stupid national advertising campaigns on the $3 dollar credit is failing because it is stupid.
Focus on your quality, not something your patrons don’t want to be associated with.
Delivery discount that doesn’t amount to nothingness

Domino's Pizza Disrespect lies wrong order told would be refunded and never did

We ordered the food they gave us the wrong order so I tried calling they tell me that I will get to a manager I waited 30 min on hold I hung up called back and soon as someone realized it was me put me back on hold for 22 minutes I literally drove over there to dominoes and the guy said it was a mistake they didn’t give me the part of my order that was wrong he said instead he would refund the whole meal which to this day has never been refunded they just blew smoke up my [censored] pretty much. If I don’t get a response we will be calling an attorney.

Domino's Pizza Customer support / no follow through on what they say

I completed an online order January 11, 2023 I inadvertently ordered a pizza from the Mountain View, CA store in error. I was in Cypress, TX at the time. I tried calling the Mountain View Store for hours total 10 call no answer, however some calls did go to the call center which they could not help. No one answered my calls or even return them. Call Domino's so call customer support spoke with a guy to explain my story, then he indicated they would get with the store and refund the monies charged. There has been no follow through, no one to contact at domino support just a voice mail used the bot for a return call nothing... No call or response. I've waste so much time on this, which has led me to write poor review all over the internet and tell as many friends as possible. They don't care about the customer. They just want to take your money!

Domino's Pizza Pizza

On 01/12/2023 i placed an order for a large specialty pizza. I got the meatzilla pizza with meat all on one half plain cheese on the other half. When my pizza arrived it was only a cheese pizza.

Domino's Pizza Pizza

I paid $50 for two medium sized pizzas through the app from the Bundoora store on the 3/1/23 at approx 7.40pm.
I had a guest over and it was so embarrassing that our dinner was ruined!
When the meal arrived, which was also late, the pizzas looked like a small and the taste was terrible. It didn't even look like a normal pizza.
I contacted customer service via the Dominos feedback form and they said I would get a full refund.
My guest paid for the pizza through the app on his phone, as I had troubles seeing on my phone. BUT I then paid him the $50 in cash because he was my guest and I felt so bad that it was a terrible dinner experience.
I asked them to refund the money to my account as I paid for the pizza but then they stopped replying. I find it rude and disgusting!

Desired outcome: I would like the full refund sent to my bank account please which they promise is their satisfaction guarantee.

Domino's Pizza Online order for pickup at store 8403 Michigan Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46260

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.

At around about 5:20pm today January 1st, 2023, I placed an online order for large pizza with mushrooms and pineapple topping. It was a pickup at one of your stores, located at 8403 North Michigan Road, Indianapolis, IN 46260, phone number [protected]. I called to follow up on my pizza and a male store assistance answered the phone, he sounds drunk, drugged or probably tired over the phone. I was having problem understanding him. He was rude beyond appreciation, I finally got through to him, he told me that my pizza order was received. I got an email saying that my pizza order is in the oven and should be ready in 8 to 10 minutes.

I went there to pick up my pizza the door was locked, but I can see them through the glass door they also can see me, and they were laughing as I was knocking at the door. I pressed the bell to alert them but they now seriously and hysterically laughing, ignored me and totally refused to open the door. I was at the door for about five minutes and by this time I was totally displeased and went back to my car.

I am very sorry I want to eat your pizza; I will never buy your pizza ever again.

Domino's Pizza Domino's deceptive mix & match promo advertising

Domino's used to have a Mix & Match Promo which would allow the customer to buy 2 items (which were pictured in the Ad) at $5.99 each. However, in October 2022, Domino's increased the price of the Mix & Match Promo to $6.99 each, without changing the picture of the items implied to be part of the promotion. I recently bought 2 Pizza's, and was charged $7.50 each. When I asked Domino's about it, they told me that pizzas and several other items cost more (which is included in tiny print at the bottom of the ad), despite the fact that they are pictured in the $6.99 Mix & Match Promo Ad. This is deceptive advertising intended to trick the customer into ordering items with higher prices. They should not show pictures of any items in the $6.99 Mix & Match Ad which are not going to be sold for $6.99. Ironically my brother just gave me a $200 Dominos gift card for Christmas, and I told him to take it back since I refuse to ever spend another penny at any of their stores. They literally left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will tell everyone I know that their business model is based on deception!

Desired outcome: Domino's must remove pictures of any items in their $6.99 Mix & Match Ad which are not going to be sold for $6.99. They also must stop using all "bait and switch" tactics to trick customers into paying more than advertised prices in Ads.

Domino's Pizza Too long to get food

On 12/26/2022 at 7:32 P.M. central time I ordered on line a medium deep dish pan pizza with extra sausage, extra pepperoni, and extra mushrooms, with a 2-liter bottle of COKE. I checked to track order and nothing was happening. I called to find out what was happening and the supervisor said it will be approx. another 45 minutes. When all was said and done it was 2 hours and 25 minutes to get my food delivered. I went to my local Dominoes Pizza and talked to the shift manager and took the complete pizza back about 11:40 A.M. on 12/27/2022 and explained to her what happened and she we can give you a $12.00 discount. I told her this was not satisfactory but she said that is all she could do. I told her I spent $34.96 and would like a refund of all but the $5.00 tip for the driver that was included in the total and I will keep the coke for my inconvenience. Jordan was the delivery person and was very nice. She said I would have to call corporate and would not give me her name. This is my 50th year in retail and I realize all of what can happen in the customer service part of a retail business, which has been my strong suit and job for 50 years. The company I work for now is a multi billion dollar company per quarter and cooperate does not even want to here about things like this and gives us the authority to handle all customer complaints. Take care of the customer it is not your money. Like I said before it was a little before 10P.M. central time which is to late to eat and the pizza was cold. In the age of communication choices I think I should have been informed of how long a delay it was going to take. I hope this is not the image that Dominoes wants to portray. Domino's Pizza Billings

On 19th December I went to Domino's Pizza at City

Mall kota rajasthan India, I ordered two medium size pizzas and the bill amount was of 964.9 rupees and I paid it successfully through the Payment link below (https://paytm.me/C-6vX1r) then the attendent said he didn't received the payment confirmation and sent another link (https://paytm.me/n1H-ZVg) he asked me to pay it again on which I was angry and asked to talk to his senior, the senior of his came and said who will pay for the pizza you have ordered because we didn't received the money you paid . I was devastated and my whole appetite was lost somewhere. Still I ordered through the Domino's Pizza application. But I didn't received the refund so please help me on this .

Domino's Pizza Manager at commerce Georgia

I called to order two pizzas yesterday with a store in commerce Georgia. The prices was outrageous at $60 and something for two pizzas so I change my order to two medium pizzas and when I got to pick up the pizzas the guy was very rude cursed at my children told him that I was a [censored]ty parent and that he did not and then you’re not need to follow my example. He threw my change on the ground refuse to pick it up then set my pizzas on top of my vehicle when I pulled up, get out to make a complaint. He locked the doors and refused to let me file a complaint. This gentleman seem to be the manager and was very rude.

Desired outcome: An apology would be very nice displaying actions, for his behavior would be advised from my understanding. This is not the first situation this guys encountered.

Domino's Pizza Inaccurate, and misleading advertising

12/14/2022

I typically get email promos from Dominos.

1) Their promos DO NOT have an expiration date listed. So theoretically, I can wait a week or two and use the promo. This is not the case.

2) I received a promo, Large pizza, 5 toppings $9.99. When I tried to place order with 5 single toppings-not extra, on the 12/14/2022, price is $13.99. This has happened on NUMEROUS occasions when trying to order promo special. When I call the store to complain or question the extra charge, I am told that they are not responsible for online orders; (they are a franchise owner). So I'm between a rock and a hard place.

I placed an order online for Domino's Pizza delivery, Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 5:47 pm. The estimated time shown for delivery online when I placed my order, was (30-40) minutes. We waited for over two hours to get our order. To be exact it was 8:00 pm when it finally arrived. I called the store two times & was told that they only had one delivery guy. Domino's should not post a delivery time of (30-40) minutes online when you place your order then (2) hours later here's your pizza. This is poor misleading customer service. Waiting for your delivery order two hours is unacceptable. This has happened too us more than once when we have order from Domino's. I placed another order online the other day to go by and pick my order up, When I went by to pick my order up they told me it would be another (30) minutes. This is poor customer service. I don't think we will be using Domino's in our area anytime in the near future.

Domino's Pizza Delivery and management

I ordered delivery to co!e to my door. In the online order spot for special instructions for driver I stated front porch door apt 1 so he could find the apartment as there are four in building. The order was left o front steps and is cold. It is winter in Maine..maybe 20 degrees out. I called and the manager said I wrote to place on front porch which I explained I did not, I wroteimstructions for driver to find my door. I did NOT choose cintact!ess delivery.why would I in this weather? He argued with me and said he'd have to ask driver what happened. Then he hung upon me. I am also unable to change my phone number in the online interface and have tried many timesit never sticks so they can't even call me back. We are eating cold food and I'm nothappy. Domino's Pizza Service at Dominos in Berea Ohio (rude, antagonistic etc)

On December 6th, 2022, my roommate went to the location in Berea Ohio. There was a dispute with pricing the "Manager" stated that they had no control over prices shown on the Web or coupons and it's not honored.

(We were just going to have pizza and watch the Election results; Let me say I did not want Dominos but gave in as they wanted your thin crust.)

The discussion broke down incredibly fast, the "Manager" said don't come back here again and the following is the final quote from the "Manager".

OMG- let’s just say the fight ended with the manager saying I was old and dumb and I quote, “you don’t get enough dick, [censored].”

DOMINOS PIZZA BEREA, OHIO.

Fortunately, I never have to put up an argument any longer on why I do not want to go Dominos. But we also own 4 homes 2 in Ohio (Dayton & Berea), 1 in San Jose California and 1 in Milford Delaware.

This interaction ticked us off, made other customers uncomfortable some of whom are students @ Baldwin-Wallace University. We were just and still are thrown off balance.

Thanks for ruining our evening
