I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an order I placed on Friday, 14th February 2025. I ordered a Thin Crust Medium Tex Mex pizza, but unfortunately, the pizza was not up to the standards I expect from Domino’s.
Upon receiving the pizza, I noticed that it was cold and stale. The vegetables on the pizza were particularly disappointing, as they felt dry and lacked freshness. Instead of the usual soft, flavourful texture, they were crunchy and unappetizing, which made the entire pizza unpleasant to eat.
I kindly request a resolution for this issue, either in the form of a refund or a replacement order. I have been a loyal customer for some time, and I trust that you will take this matter seriously to ensure future orders meet the quality that Domino’s is known for.

Domino's has questionable quality control. When they mess up, they seem to rely on patrons not to complain. The Pizza you ordered is cold, stale, and had lifeless toppings. Call the store and ask for a refund or fresh replacement. Do not settle for store credit. If they refuse, escalate to corporate and blast them on reviews. After all, you deserve nothing but hot and fresh pizza, not the garbage that has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.
