Domino's Pizza lies and late delivery

The start of the order was ok, however, once we ordered and time passed, we were wondering where is the food we ordered, called the manager and told him that your driver is not here yet and its been well over an hour, the manager was sorry and promised a free pizza delivery within 10 minutes, well, the 10 minutes came and went well over an hour again, called the manager, and he had no answer, he lied about what he promised and because of it, i suggest that people watch this place, they tell lies and wee will no longer purchase food from Domino's pizza in Grayslake again.

Domino's Pizza poor service / poor pizza

I recently tried the “new” Domino’s pizza…it was terrible. But before I could even try this terrible, toppingless pizza. It took over an hour and half to show up, cold obviously, and after 3 phone calls to the restaurant. I received the usual “it is on the way…the driver just left” BS. On the final call to restaurant I demanded some compensation and who I assume was the manager told me the actual delivery time was an hour and half. BS. To which I asked why did my online order give me a time of 25 – 30 minutes? She had no answer and repeated that I shouldn’t complain until after an hour and a half. Then she said she would cancel the order and credit my account.
Now, the manager simply lied to me to get me off the phone! She went ahead and charged me for the cold, disgusting, terrible pizza. I am so aggravated by that…I would have been happy with a discount – but she offered to cancel!

I took my complaint to Domino’s and have heard NOTHING! So much for their drive to produce the best pizza, it is terrible. Please don’t waste your money. I will never order Domino’s Pizza again

Domino's Pizza delivery

I have been a great customer to Dominos Pizza here in Costa Mesa, California. I give great tips and have been very patient on soooo many occassions, but today has taken the cake.

I placed an order at 10:05 am or so, so that I would be one of the first ones to receive my order. I did not receive my order until well after 11:00 am. I spoke to the owner of the location and his attitude was as if he did not care. I told him I was going to write and report this store. This is a on-going occurrence with this store. I do it on purpose to see if this is true and it is. My order as I am writing is still not here. I just canceled my order and will not do business with Dominos Pizza, or will I recommend any to do business with them.

I may order first, but my food comes last and cold. My location is on the way back to the store, so therefore, I get my food last. ITS NOT FAIR, NOR PROFESSIONAL!

I want something done about this.

I have had terrible problems with all corporate pizza companies in this area, and domino's takes the cake. I ordered a pizza and it was delivered an hour and a half later...cold. The best part is they are located a few blocks down the road, and when we called domino's to confirm our order they said it had been delivered! This was 15 minutes before we actually received the pizza. What are these corporate conglomerates doing with our money...we demand service for the ridiculous prices we are paying. I ended up going to a local pizzeria and getting great service. The bottom line is to support you local businesses and put these big corporate a-holes into their place.

IT IS NOT FAIR. I WANT TO BE FIRST!
Are you kidding me with this crap!?
Get off your butt, go into the kitchen and make something. IF you can't due to a disability, order from somewhere that will give you better service. The fact that you are whining about not being first is...uh...childish!
GROW UP!

Domino's Pizza charged me twice

After ordering Pizza, it took 40 minutes to deliver, when the driver came he did not want to go knocking on my door, after having my kids outside waiting under the rain at night for ten minutes I called the store, a clerk named Sandra told me that the driver did not want to go because he was robbed by me!

I went outside to ask the driver and he was an old man scared because he was robbed last week at another place, no it was not me!

I called the store and the manager Sergio told me to pay him cash, and only half the price.

I did and we use the microwave to heat up a pizza that took an hour to be inside my house, .

After a while i checked my credit card statements and I found they charged me for the pizza that took an hour to get here, after I was accused of robbing the driver, after i was asked to pay cash?

That service *** and even the corporation is not helping, here is not the money, is the principal.

Please dont go to that roach infested place.

Domino's Pizza poor customer service and failure to deliver

I placed an order for two pizzas and they never called or emailed me to inform me that the Pizzas were not going to be delivered. THe store employees were incompentent and continued to lie to me each time I contacted them about my pizzas not being delivered. I think it's sad that Domino's opens up stores in the African American Community and fail to provide adequate training to their employees on what is good customer service. I am going to start a campaign about this concern with business's in the Washington, Dc area that continue to employee people without properly training them on customer service. If the store was located in Northwest, Dc I am sure the driver would have come ontime and thier employees would be provided with true training.

SO WHAT WE NEED TO DO IS BOYCOTT THIS STORE, WALK ONE BLOCK DOWN THE STREET TO PIZZA HUT CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN TRUST ME ITS NOT THAT HARD... TO DO TOGETHER WE STAND UNITED WE FALL. Domino's Pizza no toppings on pizza

On January 3, 2010, we ordered the $5.55 deal from "Domino's Pizza". We ordered an Italian Sausage Pizza, and 2 Pasta Bowls (Mac N Cheese & Chicken Alfredo). First of all, the pasta bowls were incredibly small, and barely had any pasta. We've ordered pasta bowls before, and the very first time, they were the correct size, and fixed perfectly. When ordering again, every single time after the first time, has been nothing but a headache. The Pizza looked as though it had been hit by a car. It barely had any toppings whatsoever! The crust was burnt, the pizza was thin, hardly any cheese, sauce, or sausage. We called back, and told them that we wanted it fixed over, and they said even if we fix it again, it would look exactly the same, because they are trying to stretch the dough and ingredients. The lady I spoke with, said they've received many complaints, but there's nothing they can do about it. They refused to fix it over correctly, and the delivery guy came back to our door, picked up the food, and gave us our money back. Domino's is nothing but a complete waste of time, and a flat headache. NEVER ORDER FROM THERE!

Screw Dominos
Greenville, US
Jan 30, 2011 3:12 am EST

I agree...just happened to us in Greenville, TX...ordered 2 sandwiches and a bread bowl @5.55 each. They told us $20.03 was the final amount which I put on my card. While eating I noticed on the sticker on the box they charged me $18.50 for the food instead of $16.65. Plus a $2 delivery fee they didn't bother telling me about. I'm on vacation and don't want to screw with this, but I will be ordering a lot less from Dominos in the future if this is how they are going to make their money. By the way. the bread bowl sucks...it is just a pasta pizza.

Dominos joint that tries to rip off on Tuesdays
I am a regular customer of Dominos but this store at Redcliffe tries to rip off customers by charging customers more than the cost. This has happened with me twice or thrice now that they tried to charge me $12.90 instead of $5.90. And when I asked them the reason of the price difference I was told that it was a mistake. That's bull [censor] if I wud not have said anything they would have charged me the same and how can they repeatedly do the same mistake ... Seems like they have hired illiterate staff members or thieves. Contact : razzer069@gmail.com

Domino's Pizza rude manager

I pre-ordered a pizza online to be at my apartment at 9:30pm, about the time I get home from work. At 10:00pm I called Dominos and asked about my pizza. They told me: "Oh yeah, I heard something about that." So then their manager comes on the phone. I ask him about my pizza. He stated: "My driver is really upset about that. He went all the way out there and had no-one to deliver too because forgot to include your apartment number on the order." I told him: "No I did not..." He interupted me and we began to argue until I was able to tell him: "I havn't changed anything about my address in the 10 months I've lived here." I order pizza from them all the time and have never had a problem with them finding me. The manager said: "No it's not. The apartment number is not on ther order." And we continued to argue.

This manager was unwilling to work with, to help me, to offer anything to calm me down. He just wanted to keep telling me how wrong I am. I don't understand. This guy has just thoroughly upset me.

The bad thing is they can't be showed liable for making a mistake for your online order Its stupid of them to do that but maybe they didn't go to your apartment i had a problem with another Pizza place who when they just work up the street would not even come up when they've been there before. Those Pizza joints are so shammy these days. Call in Next time or Buy a Pizza at the store. Good luck!

Domino's Pizza online order

On Wednesday, December 30, 2009, I place an order online around 10pm. The reason why I place the order online was because that was the only way I was able to redeem my coupon. Upon placing the order, I was informed that it would be ready in twenty minutes. According to the hours of operation posted online, this location was not scheduled to close until 11pm. Upon arriving at the restaurant, the open sign had been turned off and the door was locked. In my attempt to gain entrance the employee on duty said that she could not assist me. Returning to my car, I called the location to discuss my order made online. I was informed that they shut there computers down at 10pm. Thus, no order was received at that time. I inquired about why I was not informed that I would not be receiving the order place tonight. She told me that I would have to go online to find out why I made a blank trip to this location. This leaves me with travel expenses and no food to compensate my hunger.

If the location is supposed to be closed @ 11pm as it stated then they should still be opened. The area director is going to love you for sure.

I was let go from the company which I can't state but if you ordered online then it should have been made for sure. The stores that I worked at we would stay open till 11pm and sometimes later depending on how the shift went.

My advice would be to call Dominos or even email them telling them of the horrible excuse that they pulled and you will get free stuff.

Some franchisees will send you a certain amt of coupons for the cost of what it was.

I hope this helps.

Domino's Pizza poor and rude service

This is the second time we are disappointed with Domino's Pizza. about a month ago we ordered online an extra large pizza but they delivered a large one which could not feed either us or the people we had over. We did call to find out what the reason was but we were told that they did not offer that style in extra large and it was a mistake in their online ordering system. They never bothered to apologize or to send us the pizza we requested. We still do not understand how their online system gives an option for extra large and they say they do not have it.
Today we ordered again, this time over the phone - to make sure they will get the correct order. The pizza they delivered was the wrong one again - this time they did not put the white sauce (which is the only reason why we order from Domino's), actually they did not put ANY sauce. The pizza was dry and did not taste good at all. We called again - the person who answered was impolite and did not seem like he wanted to listen to us. We asked to talk to his manager but he refused. Pretty rude. Finally we got to talk to him - extremely rude person who did not care at all. He even lied to us saying he did see his employee putting the white sauce. He refused to send another pizza and he even hang up the phone on us. This is how much they care about their customers.
We used to like Domino's a lot and order all the time. We moved into this neighbourhood recently and so far we are not happy with their service. This was the last time we order from this location.

I order pizza @ Hesperia, Ca. on a reguler bases. On the 12-15-10, I order a double sausage pizza and then thank the gentman and hung-up. A few moments later a man called back and said I hung -up with out giving my order, I then reorder again. When I got to the store for pick up I saw the manager and ask to talk to her, about what happen. She said that she knew all about it. I said I want a apology. Then 2 employees strated in very very rude telling me off. The manager stood there and just let them mouth off to me. I was so socked, I thought I would pass out . The place was PACKED and I have 2 employees mouthing off in not the cleanest language, and a manager standing there doing nothing. I just could NOT believe it. I have been in the managment for 25 years before retiring. That's when I told them, I will never be back They should know that I will let everyone know what happen. I have been letting ever one know. Then I did something I'm NOT proud of I told them to KISS MY BE HIN and walk out. THIS WILL COST DOMINO $1040.00 A YEAR FROM MY HOUSE A LONE IF I STOPPPED JUST 10 MORE FAMLIES FROM GOING TO DOMINO'S OR MY CHURCH WHAT DID I DO TO THE BOTTOM LINE ? MANAGER NEED TO KNOW WHEN TO PICK FIGHT AND SHUT-UP THERE EMPLOYEES. NOW I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT CORP. OFFICE IS GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS? IN THIS DAY AND AGE OF EVERYONE NEED JOBS. COMPANIES CLOSING YOU WOULD THINK THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE NUMBER ONE!

Domino's Pizza i officialy hate this place.

I recently had a bad experience with Dominos and will NEVER order from there again. I don't even know why I was a loyal customer for so long, their prices are RIDICULOUS! Around 7:00 pm one evening I ordered a pizza and after waiting an hour, I decided to call in and check the progress of my delivery (BTW, I'm not one of those customers that usually get worked up over the littlest things.. if anything I am too nice and it takes a lot to get me worked up). So the employee tells me that the delivery man will be at my house in a minute so I hang up and patiently wait. TWO hours go by so I decided to phone in again and another employee states that the food should be at my house any minute but I tell them that is what they said two hours ago; all he could say was, "It will be there". When the pizza eventually came, the guy (and it was obvious that he was lying) said that my original delivery man just "disappeared" or "got lost" and they don't know where he went. How the hell can a delivery guy get lost if I live 10 minutes away? And I know, it would have been easier for me to just drive there if I didn't have to babysit multiple children. So why didn't they tell me this over the phone? Shouldn't they have also called me to tell me about the "missing delivery man" situation? Anyways, the man goes on to say that I will be able to get store credit for the delay, I ask him the details about it and if I can retrieve it online since that is the method I use for ordering. He says yes and that I can use the credits on a pizza or something. I get all excited about a FREE pizza and tip the guy $5.00. A little bit too generous for the poor service... and the order was wrong too to top it off. I asked for no onions and they put onions. I asked for mushrooms and they don't put any mushrooms. Are these people special?

So a week goes by and a couple of friends wanted pizza.. I offered Dominos because I had store credit! Or so I thought. I go online, fix up my pizza and search all around for a store credit option but just could not find one to my avail. I then called in, explained what I was looking for and what the previous delivery guy promised me. The guy on the phone seemed all confused and said there was no such thing as store credit. He later transfers me to his manager and I begin to explain my story only to be rudely interrupted with a "Okay, we can ONLY give you a 10% discount. That's it." WHAT THE FXCK! If I ordered a large pizza, that's like $1.50 off! I was baffled and all I could say was "Are.. you sure?" He repeated himself and dismissed the conversation with, "Thanks for calling in."

Not only did they take an ETERNITY to deliver, the employees lied, the manager was rude, and the food order was wrong. Bad, bad experience. Shame on you, Dominos. You just lost a customer. Well.. customers, since my friends refuse to order from them too.

Domino's Pizza poor food quality

I decided to take a try at Dominos since the Pizza Hut I normally order from ETA for delivery was more than 75 minutes out! What a mistake! I should have waited and known better! I ordered the mac n cheese bread bowl and chesse sticks. Upon arrival, the delivery person was pleasant. Kudos. However, when I opened the box for the mac n cheese bread bowl, evidently, they either slopped the bowl together or it spilled in transit?! It was a mess! The bread bowl itself was under baked and doughy so eating the mac n cheese meant eating dough! Gross! It was also cold! Cold, messy, doughy mac n cheese on a chilly fall day in Oregon, whoo hoo! On the upside, at least the breadsticks where good!

P.S. As I was writing this, the manager called me about the experience, as I left a my feedback re: my order. They offered to remake my bread bowl and send another out my way?! NO THANKS! I used to work in the industry and only the man upstairs knows what they would do to my order this time :) At least they took they opportunity to address the issue and attempt to make it right?! A refund I would have gladly accepted but that wasnt even an option, appartenly?!

Domino's Pizza getting hired

I went to domino's to try to acquire a job. The manager gave me and interview and she said that she would love to have me work for her. so she told me that i had to go to orientation on a certain day. So the day came that i went to orientation so i could have the cap and shirt and get briefed on stuff. The C.E.O who was briefing us on it was a complete fake she acted nice but was really rude. Mind you I understand a lot of places don't hire people that have piercings or tattoos i understand that. I have my tongue pierced and my top of my ear that's It. The C.E.O was talking to everyone who was there for orientation. There was one guy who had tattoos on his wrists. THere was a girl that had a cartilage piercing same what i had. the C.E.O said that piercings were not allowed so i said to her ok i will have a clear one for my tongue and i will take out the cartilage. She said that was fine. after everything was done we all left and i went to the mall bought a 60 dollar pair of dickies for this job and a 12 dollar clear ring for my tongue. Low and behold i get a surprising phone call from the Manager who hired me in the first place. She told me word for word "
Im sorry but the C.E.O said that you can not work for us.. I asked why and her answer made me blow a fuse. She told me that The C.E.O told her that she was not allowed to hire people with piercings or tattoos. But yet the other two people who were there had tattoos and piercings... the manager was really respectful toward me cause she didnt have any reason to not hire me. I honestly think that this whole situation was all discrimination. ESPECIALLY when the manager told me there were lots of people who work for dominos for her as we speak that have piercings and tattoos and sleeve tattoos up and down there arms. this was totally unfair its not easy to get jobs around here unless u want mcdonalds but please comment on this and tell me your opinion i think that its discriminating tward me. I used to work ad Papa johns and i never had a problem with the piercings

Domino's Pizza pizza coupons

I had one of those coupons that was sent to my front door and coupon which is on a piece of paper says 1 large 2 topping pizza for $5.99 and $2.00 for delivery charge which I understood that but when the operator said that it had to be a $10.00 order or it couldn't be delivered and here on the coupon one day special which was Sept 21, through Sept 27, 2009 said no limit on order. I think it is wrong to put an coupon to someone and say only $5.99 and then actually be more to me that is false advistment. And on top of that complaint the operator whom answered the phone was rude and hung up on me and the customer service outline wasn't helpful either. I can fax you the coupon that was sent me if you call me and give me your fax number.

Domino's Pizza no pizza for the handicap

Everyone has seen the domino's commercial where the hot fresh pizza is delivered to your door? Well that is false advertising. Also they don't have any compassion for handicap. (I am mobility handicap, walk with a cane)
Yesterday I ordered on line from dominio's pizza, when placing a order on their web site there there is a section where you can put delivery instructions, so I requested that the order be delivered to the 2nd fl in a 3 family house. Then, followed up the order with a phone call to the store, when the rep ans the phone I explained to her my situation, she then transferred the call to the manager. This person was the most cold, heartless and non skilled in customer service person I have ever had talked to, she could not cared less about my situation (Remind you my debit card is already charged). I feel like I have been discriminated against because of my disability and in shock that a nationally known company like domino;s could not handel this situation better.

I ordered the pizza online, everything went thru ok, and I was waiting for the delivery.. and waiting.. and after few minutes somebody called and sais that they are too far from my location. Guess what, Domino's Pizza website picked the location to prepare my order. What kind of service is that? And if I want to make a complaint I need to complete a lot of personal information. Why? Isn't easier if I put the order# and my name enough for them to find you that my complaint is not a joke? Domino's Pizza.. you should check with your employees from time to time. You are some of the worst. I am sorry but I don't know how you are gonna have business if your work is so poor!

I ordered Domino's pizza online on 3/19/08 at 7:22PM. It took Domino's over an hour to deliver the pizza (pizza arrived at 8:37PM) which isn't a big deal, I have worked in the food industry so I know how busy it can get. I'm sure they're trying their best to get the pizzas to their customers as fast as they can. I tipped the guy 2.00 and was content that I was finally going to have dinner. Opened my pizza box and it was the wrong pizza. Okay, I'll just call them and tell them. I called and said " You guys sent me the wrong pizza". The rep saids "I'm sorry, give me one minute" and puts me on hold. 15 minutes go by and no sign of him returning. I called them on another cell phone and says " I don't see how putting me on hold for 15 minutes will resolve the situation". The rep apologizes and promises me he'll make the right pizza and sent it immediately. 9:10 PM no pizza. I called them back and the guy says to me the delivery guy has already been there (my apt) and delivered the right pizza. I tell him I have not received the right pizza as of yet. Did he give it to someone else? But he was just here so he should know where to sent it to unless he's a ###. He said he'll call the delivery guy and puts me on hold again. Again, I waited and waited and waited. I called him back on another cell phone and he apologizes again and saids he has no idea what happened but he'll make another pizza and sent it immediately. I believed him and waited. 10:30PM still no pizza. I called him and now he saids the delivery man came and no one answered the door and continues to put me on hold. Now I'm super pissed because they are obviously lying. I have been home the whole time waiting patiently like a ### for the right pizza. From the beginning, these people had no intentions of senting me the right pizza. Furthermore, they were trying to discourage me by putting me on hold each time I called. I am very angry. This is not the way to do business. Customers should be treated with respect. So now, Domino's has just lost a good customer. I am going to be ordering from Papa John's from now on.

My family and I wanted pizza today so we called our local domino's for our normaly favorite pizza. Today we entered dominos and got rude service I would understand if they were real busy but it was extremly dead and they both did not seem like they wanted to be there (Its not the customers fault they dont like their job). Then on top of that we got home and opened the pizza boxs to pizza with no sause or cheese it looked like they had just through whatever they grabed on it and called it done. It looked like a piece of bread with pepperoni on it .This will be the last time my family and I will be going to dominos, we will take our money somewhere else.

The Employee was rude to me and when i requested to speak to the manager she stated she was. I stated to her in the beginning of the phone call that i was purchasing a pizza for my daughter and i was not in the same house she went thorough the full order and ran the card then proceeded to tell me that she needed to have the card on her when the order came. When i clearly stated that i was ordering it for her because she had no money on her.

I'm not sure what difference this will make, but we'll see. I recently called a Dominos store to place a delivery order, but asked if the driver could change a hundred since that's all I had. I was told the drivers only carry $20.00 dollars, to which I understand due to their safety. I then told the lady (which was the manager) o.k. thank you and she responded by just hanging up on me. After a short time I remembered the advertising special of the large carry out for $7.99 so I decided I would call and place the family order and drive 15 miles to pick our order up. Once I arrived at the Dominos store and give the name on the order, I was told the total to which I handed over my hundered dollar bill. I am then informed that they did not have change. The manager then approaches the window, with attitude all over her face, and informed me, "we can't change that, I told you that earlier!" So now I'm stuck without dinner, an unhappy family, and more attitude when I get home, due to your store not being able to change a hundred dollar bill. We order from Dominos at least once a week but I think that will soon change. I have worked in customer service for more years than I care to count and I myself know manager Melissa Tu (or however spelled) at the Destrehan, La. store could've been a little more courteous. The gentleman at the window was more polite as he apologized with her giving a scouring look behind him. It's my fault that your place of business can't change a hundred dollar bill. If that's the case then you need to advertize that. Does that also gives your employees reason to treat me rudely? Dominos wanted to be made aware of how their pizzas looked once delivered, and there have been instances in which I sure could've sent in pictures of pizza that looked as if it was not only dropped but kicked to the door, the box kind of tells the story, but I never have. I decided this would be heard. Because this just lost you business and I will continue to tell this story of how Dominos cheated my family out of their request of "that good thin crust pizza" for dinner. Not so happy consumer!

This pizza is the worst I have had. Is there a shortage on toppings there is? We counted 8 thin slices on the olives that is green and black 5 slices on mushrooms. Total of 10 slices of pepperoni's oh, yeah 3 thats right people onions. My cheese sticks was a hunck of dough? There is no hope go to papa johns 7 min. Lots of everything pass up central city domino's 3 min. Down the rd. You will see a true pizza place.. Disappointed in dunmor ky.

I decided tonight to get one of their deals. The deal was 2 subs and a one topping large pizza for 19.99. I call on the phone for my order. Service was fast but I think they overcharged me. The subtotal was 22.99. not the advertised 19.99. The Delivery Charge was $2. The tax was 2.07. The total was $25.06. They then somehow subtract 2 dollars of my total. When I calculate it online I get $23.79. Did they overcharged me?

I ordered my pizza at 2:27 pm. At 4:00 pm I was on the phone yelling at them asking where my food is. I was assured that once my food gets there they will refund my card. I got my food at about 4:40 pm (cold and disgusting) and called the local Domino's so that they refund my card. The first time they placed me on hold for about 15 minutes. I hung up and called again but they kept picking up and hanging up. I proceeded to call from for the next hour until someone finally picked up at which point I had to flip out on him to get him to refund my card. Hopefully he actually refunded it.

This is the second time i have written. The complaint is, I ordered fifty six dollars of food from the Domino's pizza in Pigeon Forge Tn. On the strip at seven thirty on 6-28-08 they said it would be about an hour. I said ok. At eight forty my wife was standing outside waiting, she saw a Domino's driver two doors down from us. My wife ask him how long it was going to be before our food arrived, he said about ten minutes. We waited until ten minutes past ten, My daughter -in law called to see where the food was. The Mgr. Derek told her the driver delivered it to the wrong place and the people there accepted it. That our food was on the way. So i got on the phone and called Derek back. He told me the same thing. I told him i had friends over who had been waiting since seven thirty for our food. He apologized and said there was nothing else he could do. I told him to cancel the order because we were going out to find another place to eat. He talked so fast and with a foreign sound i could not keep up with him talking so i hung up the phone. He was very rude. I have been eating food from Domino's for a long time. The Domino's in Bureau Ky. Where i usually buy from are very nice. But i have not bought any more since this incident. I called the Main Office and Spoke with Gary at Ext. 8208 he was suppose to have some one from the store in Pigeon Forge to call me. I'm still waiting as of 7-22-08 The phone number in Pigeon Forge Tn. where i called the order in is [protected]. My phone number at home is [protected] Hope some one can help me that knows what they are doing.

Thanks,
Harold Williams.

Domino's Pizza mgr physically hitting employee

How can Domino's Pizza tolerate one of their managers physically striking an employee inside the Domino's place of business and when the employee was struck their glasses were knocked off and when said employee bent to pick up their glasses the manager grabbed them by the "HAIR" and started yanking their hair. Why would a reputable company not see this as totally unexceptable behavior on the part of one of their mangers/employees?
I would also like to know why there are not random drug tests at the Domino's to possibly seek out emplyee's with drug problems?

Domino's Pizza rude employees and misleading the customers

I am a regular customer at Domino's Pizza (serving outlet - Baner Road outlet, Pune).
I ordered (a male representative took the order) for a pizza from Domino's Baner Road outlet, Pune. While taking the order i was assured that if the delivery is not made in time, there would not be any charges for the pizza (as per their 30 minutes time guarantee scheme), the pizza reached after 50 minutes and the delivery boy (Mahesh) demanded for the bill to be paid. When I told him that I was assured over the phone that the time guarantee will apply for this order, I should not be charged, he simply denied "rudely" with aggresive body language and asked me to call the Manager of the outlet. He asked me to make a call on a mobile number and made me speak to a person, who introduced himself to be the manager, this person told me due to Ganesh festival the guaranty will not apply. I asked for an explanation for giving me wrong commitment while placing the order, he simply avoided talking about it and asked me to pay to the delivery boy. When I said I will make a complaint to the company regarding them misleading the customers, his words were "Do it, it doesn't matter to us, do anything". I told him I will not accept the pizza as the information provided when ordering was misleading and I would not pay for a 'cold' pizza, he quickly reacted saying "No problem". I returned the pizza to the delivery boy who was equally rude to talk to.
I have had tremendous troubles convincing them on the 'time guarantee' scheme whenever they have deliver the pizza late. If you commit it, follow it.
I would like to see if Domino's Pizza, being such a reputed name, will take some action against such outlet/employees.
