Order pizza online (from Foodpanda) for my kid and paid online. Order status estimate time arrival cited at 45min. after one hour later my order was cancelled by them by update the order status. Too late to order other food for my kid. Poor service and stood people up. at least have a courtesy to call and update earlier.
Very poor customer service. wonder how long for them to refund the paid non deliver item.
