RE: Store # 3657. Order #687. Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas and chicken wings at 4:35 PM. At around 5:30 pm I got a text to track driver. Went to tracking page and tracking showed San Francisco, CA. I am in Bronx, NY. then a few minutes later app stated I got my order when I didn't. I called the store and was on hold for 20 minutes before someone picked up. It was already 6:00 pm and man on the phone said order is on the way. It finally came at 6:30 pm. This is totally unacceptable!

Desired outcome: Maybe a few free pizzas?

You are NOT entitled to a few free pizzas. If you cannot afford to eat, visit a soup kitchen.
