Misguided customer regarding lithium batteries in spite of showing the battery no cr1632, customer paid for it. I went back for at least to give me exchange started complaining about inventory when I asked why was this misguided he started arguing and threaten to kick me out of store, very rude behaviour, I was polite to explain lithium batteries come with size and number and you should know how to guide a customer. The customer who purchased she said he had beard he manipulated to other store representative instead he was the person who misguided. And started arguing I am blaming him indeed he cannot understand he is a store manager to resolve customer issues, even though he is not he cannot cover up he getting blamed. Very unprofessional and impatient manager at store.
