Dollarama

I wanted to shop at Dollarama on Algonquin Avenue on October 6, 2021 I think between 12:00 - 12:30 pm, I was refused entry because I had a shopping cart that was half full from our Sobey store on the same strip of the mall and I am disabled and use a cane so I cannot lift heavy things or carry out items. I shop there every month (2-4 times per month) and I always spend $200 or more per month (just 2 weeks ago I spend more that $300), so as a loyal customer I was not please or happy that I could not go in (I wasn't going to leave my half full cart outside, which is crazy to do and while I was being told I could not enter someone was exiting and she realized that she could not removed Dollarama cart from their store (This part of rules I know), she was pissed and she had to do 2-3 trip to her vehicle. So I wasn't the only one not happy today. I wanted to ask if we can bring a foldable 4 wheel shopping cart in the store because like I said I cannot carry out my items/purchases, thank you for listening and your reply
