Self checkouts
My Dollarama is now is refusing to open a checkout unless there is a line up in store. I was directed to an area of 3 self checkouts that are not more than 2 feet a part and there are no cleaning supplies to clean the touch screen or wipe hands. I resent having to do my own checking out in the first place, I want a person to check me out, I consider that your job not mine. I will not go back to any Dollarama.

I recently visited the Dollarama in Perth Ontario, they were enforcing people to wear a mask when entering the store. Which is fine by myself. I proceeded around the store to get the items I had come for thee were3 employees stalking shelves wearing a mask.. Around their neck. Also got up to the cash and the same thing the cashiers had them on around the neck, what good is this if your enforcing your customers to wear one when your employees dont. I thought I would send this out to you before it gets reported to the health board maybe save you some fines.

The cashier/assistant store manager was incredibly and unnecessarily rude. My dad forgot his card so we had to come back to finish our transaction. When we went to the front till, the assistant manager just gave me a dirty look, sighed and completely just brushed us off and didn't say anything to us. On Jan 22, 2020 at 11:30 I was in line up behind 9 people. I ask cashier to call for back up she said I'm not calling back up you have to wait. There was only one cashier and I am disable with bad leg. She was rude, I told her I will speak to her manager and she said I Don't Care. they always have bad service and this is not the first time. They were harassing a aboriginal guy because he grabbed a bunch of bags of chips which he was going to pay for he even went to stand in line. The man left 2 bags of chips on the shelf by check out and security said he stole them. I bought a mini massage instrument yesterday 22nd of December from Dollarama branch located in 979 Wellington Rd S, Wellington Southdale Plaza, London, ON N6E 3A9 and the instrument wasn't working, today I went to change it from the same branch and I found a very bad handling and customer service from the branch manager, she was shouting and saying that she is not playing in-front of customers, I was really embarrassed and felt bad
Really I decided not to visit this branch again although it is the closest to my home.
