Dollar Tree

Tuesday, June 1, 2021, I went into Dollar Tree on Airdepot. One cashier about 7 people in line. The cashier kept answering the phone and talking on the phone while people were waiting in line to be checked out. The cashier was slurring her words and moving funny. I asked her if she would get off the phone and checks us out. I also made a comment that she looked like she was under the influence. She got mad and told me to get out of her line and I told her that I need the stuff I am buying for her to check me out. She said no I am not I go to grab my bag and she called me a [censored]. The lady behind me told her to check her out meaning me. The cashier left the register. I do not know where she went because I grabbed my stuff and left.
June 5, 2021, I went back into the store to buy a toothbrush, and the same girl was working with a long line of people in line. I asked one other lady if she could open a register. She opens another register and the same girl with blond hair motioned at her and said there she is. That brown-haired lady came and told me that they couldn't wait on me because I accused them of being on pills. These two ladies look like they are under the influence of something. I threatened them with a hair follicle test. Something needs to be checked into.

I asked the clerk to double bag my pops, so the bags would not bust when I was carrying the pop to my car. she stated she was low on bags. I informed her if my pops burst from the one bag I was going to bring back my pop and report it to the manger. So she got smart and said ok her some bags she threw them at me and told me to bag my on pop. The bags did break and I almost drop my pop before I got to my car. I try to show her the bag had broke. she was out side talking to her manger on her telephone. She told the manager a lie trying to cover her self. I feel that if she had gave me the bags this could have all been avoid. Now the manger is trying to bar me from the store. I need the store manger supervisor to contact me. Let's talk about this incident.

I recently went into the dollar tree in Portsmouth, NH and was appalled at the conditions of the store. The rug didn't look like it had been vacuumed, the aisles had debris on both sides, the entry way floor was filthy, and the restroom was discusting. The floor didn't look like it had been cleaned in quite some time. This is the second time I've been in that store where the conditions were so poor. Not planning on going back in there anytime soon.

I purchased a couple of shower rings on 5/22/21 at 18:45 pm. I was not given the correct change. While it was only a penny short I would have appreciated if the clerk had told me beforehand that she did not have any pennies instead of assuming that I could not count. When I asked for it she was insulting and yelled to the person I believe to be the manager that I wanted my penny. He threw it at her and she dropped it in my hand. Yes, I am aware that a penny is small change, however, it was mine and I did not appreciate the manner in which I was treated.

I went into store #2576 to put money on my card. After waiting over 5 minutes for management I was told I needed cash and an ID. I said ok because I had both. She asked how much, I told her, she then says she has to call her D.M. for approval. Again I say ok. She's comes back I give her my money she then says she has to call her manager. She leaves again, then comes back and says she can't because my money wasn't real, "the face is off center". She said her and the DM agreed the money wasn't real and to not accept it. Handed me my money back.
Her name is Linda Davis her DM is David Cain. This happened around 8:30pm on Monday, 05-24-2021.

We ordered 4 case of 72ct hot wheels cars. We received 3 cases and a box of gold wire baskets (36ct). We called and waited on hold the day of delivery for over 45 minutes to be told our item was not showing as delivered so we would have to call back tomorrow to process our refund. We called the second days waited on hold another 35 minutes and told the same thing again! Now this is getting ridiculous.. Day three called waited on hold for 40 minutes to be told we now had to take the wrong item to our local dollar tree so they can verify we received the wrong item.. And call the same people back from in the store to get our money back.! Spoke to a supervisor.. She then says they do not send return labels and we would have to go to the store and wait on hold until our wrong item they shipped was verified. We told her we could email and send pictures of the item etc. She said no it had to be verified in the store. So we now are supposed to go to the store and call this number that we have waited 3 days in a row on hold for at least 35 minutes... What a waste of time! What kind of customer service is this? Then when we asked to speak to someone at the corporate level. She said speaking over us > there is no reason to continue this call that is the policy and literally hung up on us. Seriously! You sent the wrong item and now all this inconvenience and running around and calling for you to hang up... I will file complaints everywhere I can about this terrible customer service from dollar tree..

My grandson was at Dollar Tree in Springdale Aransas store number1817. Manger name is Clifford. There were about 20 people standing in line and he was 3 aisle over from the casher. She called 4 times she needed help and he just kept standing there watching and not doing jack. The store is so nasty. I think if you could bring someone in the store but don't let them know your who you are and just see for yourself. Thank you for opening another Dollar Tree up in Springdale. Now I myself can go back to Dollar Tree without driving to Fayetteville. Misty

While shopping in Dollar Tree yesterday morning, my husband needed to use the restroom. It was locked so he asked for the key. The cashier told him they didn't have public restrooms even though we've been in that store many times and have also used the restroom. We left without buying anything and that will be the last time we spend any money in a Dollar Tree store. The cashiers are always dirty looking, the stores are always poorly stocked and nasty and the cashiers gossip about their coworkers and customers. This has happened in both Cullman, Alabama locations.

store number is 02627 and nasty manager first name is Elizabeth. The president of the United States in conjunction with the center for disease control has determined I cannot be refused entry into any business in all 50 states INDOORS OR OUT as long as I produce my vaccination card and id to prove it has been more than ten days since my final shot. After ten days the person is fully immune and cannot transmit nor get covid. I am 68 and tried to explain it but the nasty manager refused to let me check out. she refused to check the card or id and was exceptionally hostile and instantly not because a discussion got heated at all. Stores check id such as for alcohol so checking id and the vaccination card simply is going to have to be done. My name is Jeff I live in las vegas one block from the store and have been going in there almost 5 years. I am also going to contact the Nevada governor on the website that the stores need to update the instructions about masks.

I went to pick up an order from the store a few minutes, while the manager went in the back to get the order I picked up two items, it came to $2.07 I gave her a $20 she then gave me back $2.93 I showed her the mistake and she apologized and gave me back $10. When she returned from the back because my packages were not there, I told her about the shortage again, I asked her to count her drawer she said she was only short $1 and some change. I didn't want to make a scene because two other cashiers had now come around her. But how it is possible for me to get back $12.93 if I didn't give her a $20 I am short $5 please look into this

The Dollar Tree in Ruskin FL is fairly new. It is filthy inside and out. Where is the district manager? I live 1 mile from the store and try to use it as much as possible but it's disgusting. The parking lot always has trash in it. The 2 garbage cans on either side of the door were always full and over flowing. Now they have tied blue plastic tarps on them so you can't use them. Inside the store is just as bad as the outside. Merchandise is always laying around. It's never put back up on its hooks or straightened out. I've gone in on a Mon and came back on the Fri to see the same stuff laying as it was on Mon. The store manager either needs to be retrained or replaced. Same with the district manager. Either the district manager doesn't come around or doesn't care because the store is never cleaned up. What a disgrace for Dollar Tree.
My goal for this complaint is in hopes that someone will take responsibility and check this store out. Then I hope the proper resolution will be taken to clean it up.
