Rented a ca from dollar dec [protected]. They took a $500 deposit that was to be released within 24 hours. It is 12/27 and I have yet to see my refund. Customer service is a run around and most of the published numbers are fake. You cannot speak to a person. I emailed twice without response. My pertinent numbers are attached.
