Dollar General review: Wrongly terminated

To whomever it my concern I have been with the company 14yrs and a store manager two I was wrongful terminated for Pricing Accuracy that I didn't know about it was said I fell three pricing Accuracy floor walk which I had know no ideal these floor walk prcing took place I haven't had a first compliance with a DM within those 2 years as the store manager at store 20449 I have been thought 5 DM'S so in February my store was changed to new district I knew always about the 50 scans as an ASM but nothing about if you have 2 more more label prices incorrect first time a consolation the second floor walk again two are more a written the third walk a termination I haven't had a sit down with not one Dm I only heard about these floor walks rules anything over two labels is a fail when I was changed to Mr. Steve Burks district not one DM said anything about these rules Mr. Burks has sent 4 DM to my store since February the last two is the one told me the area they scanned those items was discontinued and couldn't be sent the the printer with the HHT which I think he should've scanned other areas and the last DM that terminated me scanned hair color which the planogram had just been set and was not on compliance Tuesday label printed for that week she came on a Thursday so they was on the next price changes for that following Tuesday I put 14yrs in with Dollar Geneal to loss my job over lack of communication the DM I was told by Mr. Daniel Pattison by text message to go sign off om DGME on what I have never seen before I disagreed on it so I think this should be looked into before it happen to another great store manager with all of the turnover in DM'S Dolar General I wanted to leave Dollar General go good terms not a termination I was a great Store Manager I have all the floor waks for my records and dates showing there was known reforms with not one DM didn't anything until my termination it should've been handle with checking to make sure the DM, S are doing there job better with store managers there's more I have wrote down thanks I enjoyed my 14YRS with the company
