Dollar General review: Store manager closed down a checkout lane with me standing next in line.

At the above location and time, I was standing in line, there were 2 checkouts open, the first one was held up because of the app not working on a customer's phone and the other lane was working normally; when it was my turn to checkout, the manager (the tiny little shrimp of a black man), rushes over from the first checkout and slams the sign down in front of me and states "can't you read? this lane is closed" I am standing right there with an armload of items with nowhere to place them, so I dropped the items on the counter and headed to the door with the little jerk shouting profanity at me and telling me that I am banned from the store and he will call the police.

I don't normally shop at "discount retailers" for this reason and about 50 others, and I won't be frequenting this location or any other dollar general locations in this lifetime.

This company has a pattern and practice of treating customers poorly.
