Dollar General review: Store hours

My store in Terry, Ms claims not to have any air and they have changed their hours because of it. I don't understand how a multi-Million dollar company can not get the air fixed in one of their stores. The new hours are very inconvenient especially when I get off work and would like to stop and pick up something and they are closed. This store has the most problems out of any store I have ever been in. I have lived in Terry for 17 years and this store has always been like this. The best the store looked and the staff was nice was when you brought in the trainer, but that only lasted a couple of months and the store went right back to messy and the employees rude. That has been about 8 years ago. There is always stuff I am looking for empty off the shelf, or I see coolers broken and not working. There is a stock person that always plays music while he works which is fine if he would use earphones. I and probably most customers do not want to hear his music while we are shopping. Every time I go in there the floor has water in front of the cooler and there is a Wet Floor sign. I don't understand why this store has such a problem?
