Dollar General review: no products on shelves. terrible customer service

The shelves are always empty. The store STILL stinks. The prices advertised are not what is charged. Products still in bins that are blocking the aisles. There can be 4 employees working but only one register open. Other employees are outside smoking or on their phones. Also, there is always a drunk man outside of the store yelling and asking everyone for money. The outside parking lot is filthy. Im sure Dollar General has received complaints before about this situation.
