I witnessed your store manager at rhe camden Michigan store heavily berate and employee to where the girl was in tears asking her to please stop speaking to her that way. Then watched your store employee physically touch said emploee. A few customers witnessed this and stepped in causing niki to ban people for trying to help that poor girl. She then fired the girl callin her really terrible names and said she would ruin her. The girl went to the break room to get her personal belongings while niki followed screaming "get the [censored] out of my store u stupid [censored]' the girl was crying and trying to call her husband for a ride home ans niki was in her face screaming get the [censored] out now while this poor girl was tryinf to get her purse and coat and then made her stand at the road and not safely in the parking lot. If this is how dollar general treats human beings i will be making sure that store is petitioned! That girl was a good night manager and was a very sweet girl she did not in no way deserve the way she was treated. After the girl was gone niki came back into the store and continued to tell every customer who came through rhat she fired the stupid [censored]. It was very unprofessional and illegal the way she was screaming in the girls face and pushin her out of the building. If nothing is done i will ho to the news station to let everyone know how employees who work 40 hours weeks are treated like trash. Your store manager has ran off 4 employees in 6 months! I will never shop there again and camden michigan is a small tight community and i happen to be sister in law with its mayor. This will not go away until it is resolved! Fix your store and that woman needs to apologize to fhe poor woman she fired today. Feburary 10 2020

The outside sidewalk and parking lot of this store has always been extremely dirty. Trash lying all around. I have lived in this area for four years. It has always been this way. This is not in a "bad" part of town. Other Dollar Generals in this town do not present in this manner. It is just filthy!!

At 4 am Jan 27 single car in parking lot, small town we look out for each other . There was one person in store stocking. This is the same person that is always working and stocking there. I didn't talk to this lady that night but later asked why she was there so late she replied to me my job. How can a store manager not be there or have someone with her to help? Do y'all as a company not care about employees or their safety? Just let managers treat them any way she wants ? This is a sad way to conduct business.
Store manager was not there . Asked person later that week she said no one but her was there. And why would one person have to stock the whole frozen food section alone.
I was followed to my car and threatened by a dollar general employee and now I am banned
After refusing to give refund or exchange item with receipt at first dollar general, I went to second and received an exchange. I went to first dollar general showed cashier my receipt and simply said, :you are misunderstanding your return policy:. Walked to my auto, got in and cashier came outside and said, you better be glad im on the clock or I would see you. I stopped my car and asked if he was threatening me and he retreated into the store. I immediately made a police report. They watched the video. My wife returned to the dollar general a couple of days later and was told she was banned. I called katina, the regional manager and she told me neither my wife or I was banned. I returned to the store on 02/05/2020 and was told I was banned. I got katina on the phone and she lied to me and my wife and had me banned when she said I was not on the phone to mmy self. I am 56 yr old army vet who is pissed at this situation. If I could find a lawyer iwill sue the hell out of dg store nr 13069 848 s. 16th ave laurel, ms. They are liars and dont deserve to serve our community on account of the situation I have listened to. The cashier is a liar and the general manager katina is a liar.

This store opened a year ago. Our area really needed this store! It was great when it first opened then went down hill then came back up now its going right back down hill. I overheard a conversation about the store manager being on a paternal leave sometime in december and that he would be back in january and boy can you tell!!! The store looks like crap...

Every time I come to my DG the same van is parked in a prime parking spot for customers. This is rude. They are here all day, they need to park in other locations. I am a regular in youratore at 801 zion Church Rd, and I asked about the Manager Kevin, I was told " I got him fired finally" by Tina. This is absolutely absurd to hear this from a so called manager. It seems a change in management means the right to bash customers who were friendly with the last employee. The unprofessional behavior of this female employee is noted, and will cost this store any further buisness.in a town of 1400 how many customers are you willing too alienate with your classless demeanor? This loyal customer who spends 800+ a month (from my household alone) at this location will find somewhere else to shop.
