Dollar General

I was in Dollar General, and the broadcast was a talk show about black systematic racism. This made me very uncomfortable. Please do something about the radio stations that you allow to be played.

Something is seriously wrong with your milk. It's every gallon every time. It has a distinctly awful taste. The Dollar General near me in Hazleton Pa is very convenient but now I'm forced to drive an extra 5 miles just for milk. Please either change the dairy farm, the brand, the refrigeration system...something. why is it dollar general is the only store with horrible tasting milk.

Visited the Dollar General on Boyds Bridge Pike in Knoxville, Tn. yesterday about 5:30 p.m. There was trash on the sidewalk outside the store. Even a pair of women's shoes & trash in the foyer area. I did not see entire store, just got what I needed & left. The day prior, I went to the one on John Sevier highway. I was second person in line. The first person was attempting to pay when the computer froze ? & order could not be processed. The clerk tried repeatedly to get computer to work properly, including rebooting. She stated this happened frequently. After about 15 minutes, I left without purchasing anything. There were several customers in line & @ least 2 people left without purchasing anything. The clerk was working alone.

I sent you an email. PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME WHAT YOU'RE WORK ON IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS.

look for months, our store is full of boxes, they are all over the place. Sometime you have to move the roll around carts to see if the product is there. # 2. Why don't you have over night stockers for this, or afternoon stocker that only work part time. And they only put stock away.

When was the last time management visited the Eureka Springs, Arkansas store? I've never been in a store that the shelves are nearly empty and the store is in such a mess and disarray that you can't even get down aisles from all the boxes and trash. This is absolutely the worst Dollar General Store I've ever been in. I normally visit a Dollar General at least once or twice a week but I will avoid this one until someone gets it under control.

I stopped into Medina Mn.Dollar General today only to hear an irate Store Manager, Ericka, loudly speaking to a store clerk regarding another store clerk who was not present.
I know in the retail world such behavior is not acceptable in management.
The store appeared well kept.That being said clerks must be getting the job done.
I did not stay as on a peaceful outing the last thing I needed was to hear a woman loudly growling and swearing because something was not completed.
Ericka then walked briskly to the back of the store and out.

The Dollar General store in Coleman Texas is filthy. The floor is never mopped, items on the floor, hundreds of boxes of merchandise up and down every aisle. There needs to be a team to go and clean it up and get it organized.
By contrast the stores in nearby Santa Anna and Bangs are neat and cleaner.

Our Dollar General store in Galveston is a disaster. The store is dirty and the staff are almost confrontational when you go to the register to check out. The staff stand around in the managers office while merchandise is sitting on the floor. You can't get down aisles because there isn't any room to maneuver your cart around the things on the floor. sales prices are listed but things ring up differently than what is posted. One staff person had her car repo'd while she was at work and was cussing and using foul language in front of customers on the sales floor. Nothing was done by the manager. I have since stopped going to the Dollar General and trying to shop. The shelves are empty, entire shelves. There is no sense in this happening in any store. Get rid of the entire staff and start new. Or an easier remedy is to just close the store. As town people we are sick of going there and never finding what we need and we still have to go to Kokomo to a grocery store to pick up what we need. I thought the premise of having a Dollar General in the small towns was for convenience. All I ever get when I go down there is frustrated!

Stock is left on the large buggies blocking the isles, shelfs are empty of items. Some of the workers stand around on their phone or talk/gossip with customers at length unrelated to work. Forget trying to use a buggy for your items since you are unable to get down the isle to the things you need. This is a ongoing problem with this store. I have been going else where to do my shopping, avoiding this store altogether, even though it is closest to my home.
