On or about 19 of September 2026 I Warren E. Parks, purchase a phone at the Dollar General store National Rd West in the city of Richmond Indiana, for 29.99 plus tax. I brought the phone home and it was complicated, and hard to understand so I decided that I did not want that phone, so I brought the phone back for a refund and I had my receipt alone with it. So that's when the store manager said it's a Dollar General policy that once you purchase a phone you can't return it. I was not aware of such a policy at the time of me purchasing the phone. The Dollar General Store policy does not apply to state and federal laws. I should have been told of the policy before purchasing the phone. So, either you can return my refund, or I will sue you for Appling a adhesion contract to myself without my full knowledge and your policy does not apply to myself because I am not an employee of yours. There is no contract with my signature on it, your policy must be in terms of the federal law and state law.
Claimed loss: 29.00 plus tax
Desired outcome: Either I get my refund or I will sue you and I will charge you 1000, dollar a day beginning in 30 days if this matter is not resolve.
