Dish Technical were to switch out my old internet service into my new internet service, which that did but they also took my old internet service satellite Dish and when I alerted the company's about the satellite were missing the Technical said, they left it with me which they did not. They took the Satellite for what reason I do not know. Their were no paper work of the work order sign or when they finished.

Claimed loss: The satellite dish is worth 300.00 dollars, which I don't have that type of money to paid them for Satellite.

Desired outcome: Dish Net work believe that their Technical are telling them the true and I been a customer of Dish for over 15 years and never seen such in my life. Why would I lie about something that need to be return to the company.
