DISH Network review: Overcharging for movies I did not rent

I have called Dish about this matter and the customer service reps are not helpful. I have been charged for the same movies over and over again. One is a wildlife movie, the other is the Avengers, I did not rent either movie multiple times. I have gone back through my bills and I have been overcharged 8x.
I am sick of this company and their fraudulent ways of scamming people out of money.
We need a class action lawsuit filed against them because I know I am not the only person who is having this happen to them.

Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated for these bogus movie rentals
