Dish customer for 25 years. I was charged $320 for canceling my Dish early. I called and ask if they could lower the fee and was told "No". I will pay what I owe, but after paying for Dish for 25 years, I thought they could lower the fee some. I do not believe I will ever use Dish again. They thanked me for being a customer for 25 years, but said sorry, we can't help you. I know they can't reduce the charge for everyone, but 25 years should mean something to them.
