We have cable tv, streaming. Our equipment consists of 3 tuners and 1 DVR. I don't know the purpose of tuner #3. It is not hooked up to a TV or plugged in. Dish said that we needed it. The main TV that has the DVR is tuner #2 and our bedroom is tuner #3. This is an update to a review that I wrote on March 31, 2026. We bought the Rockies.TV plan but still no ability to watch the Rockies. That was $129. We are two people and usually watch the same programs together. So we don't understand why we constantly get a message that tuner # whatever is full. Right now, our main tuner is only 3%. Since we had our equipment hooked up, Dish still refuses to send a tech out to check out our many problems. Our woes continue with the streaming channels but I won't go there again. Let's just say we don't have anything that was promised. We don't even have Prime Video and we get that free through Amazon for being a certain level. Dish has never responded to our March 31 complaint. I sure hope they do now. We would rather have their help with the issues than to go shopping for another company.
Claimed loss: To be determined but we definitely want a brand new DVR to replace this one with 1500 hours of recordings on it.
Desired outcome: We want what Dish promised to us. For now, a $1000 reimbursement would be appropriate.
