Date problem occurred was June 5 through the 6 of 2025, Direct Express customer service has been contacted 6 times in the same day and June 6, 2025, I was not informed of this and had no way of knowing, Direct Express has just put a fraud suspension on my account, not until after I was unsuccessful and was unable to

process my transaction on June 5th and the 6th of 2025 because of this fraud suspension and Direct Express has been contacted 6 times regarding this fraud suspension and each time when I was attempting to ask them, why have they put a fraud suspension on my account and are preventing me from accessing my funds

and for what reason and purpose was this fraud suspension place on my account, if the account was not suspected with fraudulent activity and Direct Express reply to me, the fraud suspension was to prevent fraud and Direct Express was unaware of themselves and got caught in their own lie changing their stories around and telling

me I could contact Comerica Bank, like if they had something to do with this fraud suspension and this was what the first representative was telling me, and she was unaware of herself and got caught in a lie changing her stories and said the fraud suspension was already in place on my account when Direct Express credit card was

first issue by Comerica Bank and she was also indicating the government have authorized a fraud suspension be place on Direct Express credit cards accounts to prevent fraud and this is how you can catch people in a lie, because if the fraud suspension was already in place on my account and other people, from the time the

credit card was first issue by Comerica Bank, how was I and other people was still able to have access using money from their credit card on different dates and months and year, if a fraud suspension was already in place on people credit card accounts when Direct Express credit card was first issue by Comerica Bank and

people from all around the world are experiencing the same problem with Direct Express and have file complaints and you can see from consumer complaint reports, people had fraud suspension place on their Direct Express credit card accounts on different dates and months, and year and Direct Express story didn't

seem to add up what they were telling me, because if the fraud suspension was already there in place on people credit card accounts from the time when Direct Express credit card was first issue by Comerica Bank how could people was still able to have access using money from their credit card, if the card was lock are block and

how could people money be stolen from their credit cards, if their card was lock, are block. And this is a violation of the law placing a fraud suspension on people credit card accounts, if the account is not suspected with fraudulent activity and preventing people from accessing their funds and what reason and purpose did

Direct Express place a fraud suspension on people accounts, if there is no fraudulent activity involved, and the only time when a business can place a security alert are freeze on a person accounts, if they suspect any kind of fraudulent activity and if they suspect fraudulent activity on a person account, they are supposed to

inform the person about it through email are phone and the person have the right to request a copy of their credit card statement showing when and where this activity occurred on what dates and month and year and why didn't Direct Express contacted people and informed them, if they suspected fraudulent activity on their

accounts and why have Direct Express place a fraud suspension on people Direct Express credit card accounts, if they didn't suspect fraudulent activity was involved and Direct Express and government officials is breaking the law and are authorizing this on their behalf and have place a fraud suspension on people accounts not

involving fraudulent activity and are preventing people from accessing their funds has nothing to do with fraudulent activity involved and each time when I was attempting to ask the second and third representative, why does this fraud suspension still remains on my account, if the account is not involving fraudulent

activity and Direct Express did not want to answer my question and hanged the phone up on me, and I contacted Direct Express customer service the fourth and fifth time and requested I would like to file a dispute and speak to the supervisor, and I was left on the phone for hours waiting to speak to a supervisor and after a

long wait my call was direct to a supervisor and when I was attempting to explain to her regarding this issue, the supervisor hangs the phone up on me.

Direct Express is attempting to steal people money, and they know they cannot commit this crime on their own behalf, not unless the government has to authorize this first before they can commit these crimes and Direct Express and government officials are the one themselves who wants to steal people money, has nothing to do

with fraudulent activity, Direct Express is attempting and have stolen people money from their credit card, and they know this is a fraudulent crime being committed and they are telling people their credit card is under fraud suspension, is an attempt to steal people money, the whole company is a fraudulent business corporation and

Direct Express want to steal people money and have put restriction on people credit card and are preventing people from having access to their funds and Direct Express think they

can do this and get away with it, stealing people money and Direct Express is stealing from people and think they have the right to get mad with people being rude and hanging the phones up on people through customer service just because people want to know why they are preventing people from having access to their

money and are stealing from them and are telling people different stories and bull crap, pretending this, pretending that, are someone hack your account and stolen your money and Direct Express cannot deny this themselves and know this is a crime they are committing here, and this is not how you run a business and is very

unprofessional and think they can go above the law and take advantage of people, and this kind of behavior should not be tolerated and needs investigating and law sue file against them for this kind of behavior and fraud is a terribly crime, causing people time and money and their homes and business and vehicles and people are

not able to pay their bills because they do not have the available funds and fraudulent criminals belongs behind bars and federal government and Comerica Bank, and social security and government officials and Donald Trump and many others here in this time are involved in this scandal and conspiracy together and

think they can put themselves above the law and need to know the wrong they have done here and have stolen people money and lying to them and how stupid can they think people are and Direct Express need to face court law and be forced to pay back every dollar and cent to people they have stolen from, and think they can never

be caught committing these crimes and people cannot do nothing about it, is because the government and Donald Trump and house republicans and democrats and federal government are supporting these business companies and organizations from around the world, stealing people money and millions of other

crimes and government world leaders are allowing these fraudulent criminals from around the world to steal from people, and Direct Express have picked the wrong person and will regret thinking they can put themselves above the law without consequences and are preventing people from accessing their funds in their

accounts and they already know they are lying, and this is why they are hanging up the phones on people through customer service, is because the whole company know this is a crime they are being accuse of and federal government and Direct Express screwed themselves up, thinking they can just steal people money and no

one can do nothing about it, and this is where they are wrong and Direct Express employees are very unprofessional and are the wrong people for this kind of job, dealing with people money and they have already stolen millions and thousands of people money and they denied they were involved in this scandal, lying about it,

telling people different stories and bull crapp, is because they do not want to be caught in the act and think they can just take people money just like that without consequences and this is why they are avoiding people and are refusing to answer people and hanging up the phones on people through customer service, is because

they know they are wrong and have committed a crime and need to be punish for their arrogance and misconduct behavior and think there is no higher law above them, the government and Direct Express think they can misbehave, and nobody can do nothing about them, and this is a violation of the law and people rights and
