DirecTV review: More money, less satisfaction

Like most of us, I'm paying through the nose for DirecTV and getting less. They took away the ability to see the cast and crew on episodes, something that the majority of us use frequently and replaced it with a convoluted menu that's virtually useless. They recently restored it, only partially because it doesn't show the cast of whatever episode is showing. They keep taking away but want more and more money.
