someone stole my direct express debt card and used the wrong pin several times it was not any money on the card at the time when i did find my direct express debt card direct express debt card services had locked my direct express debt card , is asking for documents i do not have to verify myself is there anyway that you can help me get into my direct express account

Claimed loss: use of my disability payment for the month of July 2026 which made me Homeless W/ No food to eat

Desired outcome: direct express debt card would no allow me into my account and would not allow me to answer any security questions
