I applied and was interviewed twice for a dock/housekeeping position with Dillard's Slidell La. location (Fremaux Town Center). I feel I was descriminated against because of my age. am 65. Anyway. I am more than qualified for the position with over 35 years of industrial/warehouse background. Ms. Fisk the store manager was not very nice at times. I am retired and on SS and she told me you don't need a job. I want work to stay busy but she felt I was over qualified. I have applied to the same job several more times but they come back saying they got someone else. But the jobs are still up on the website. Anyway I am also a US Navy Veteran. I just feel that I and older workers are getting the run around and I truly want to work for Dillard's. Thanks, Gary Owens.

Desired outcome: I would love to have the dock and housekeeping postion with that Dillard's store. I know I would be a great asset to the company.!
